Angsty Chrom!Morgan concept: in the bad future, when Morgan converts his love for Robin into devotion to Grima, he is ordered (or even personally compelled) to burn off his Exalted Brand. I’m picturing him with it on the back of his left hand, applying a superheated blade to it, screaming and writhing as he literally brands the Brand off his skin in a twisted, desperate show of loyalty to the husk of his dead mother.

I’m playing Smash again and I started thinking about Corrin assuming anyone else who looks like a pointy-eared human (Link, Zelda, Wario, Olimar) must be a dragon, becoming disappointed when it turns out they aren’t.

He was delighted to find the Inklings do at least transform into something.

Currently thinking about a Lucinigo pregnancy situation where Lucina is crying and worried because she keeps having dreams about carelessly leaving the baby in random locations that will kill it and Inigo is desperately trying to remind her that dreams are BS and no one’s gonna accidentally oven-roast their baby or whatever

What I like about Lucina mothering Soleil is the origin of their names

“Lucina” is ultimately derived from “light”

“Soleil” is literally just “sun”

When a new day begins, light floods the sky long before the sun is visible - just as Lucina needed to fight and pave the way to a world in which Soleil can exist

What I’m saying is, Inigo definitely hit the books for sappy and poetic baby name ideas because his heart is just bursting with love lol

Currently thinking about a more M-rated version of the hot spring DLC where Lucina shows Robin the souvenirs and trinkets she bought, and she starts pulling a bunch of VERY adult items out of her bag. Lucina has no idea what any of them are actually used for, she just thought they looked interesting and collectable and Robin craves the sweet release of death now

Currently thinking about how there’s no way Lucina wouldn’t have gotten at least a little re-traumatized by the events of World of Light.

Here she is, thinking she’s gonna get to spend some quality friendly sparring time with dear old dad (and Robin) again, and like a day later or whatever, this light monster shows up and obliterates the world in minutes, and there’s nothing she can do to keep her loved ones safe this time.

Next thing she knows, she’s waking up in a dark, alien, hell dimension that probably evokes memories of the bad future. If she’s lucky i.e. when I’m playing lol, Chrom and/or Robin will have already been rescued by the time she’s found. But neither of them are mandatory recruits, and in fact Chrom is relatively easy to miss entirely, so there’s some fun food for your thoughts.

She’s already prone to nightmares in Awakening, no way in hell would they not come back with a vengeance after this shit.
