Artie shivered a little at his last message and glanced around, smirking when she finally spotted him. Walking over to the gorgeous submissive, she tried to project all the confidence she could as she trailed one finger down his chest. “You haven’t, but sometimes I like when you don’t obey,” she murmured. “And if you want to know how much trouble you’d be in, maybe you should find out for yourself,” she suggested, arching lightly against him.

Dinner with Harris had left her... unsettled. She was so unsure of everything - everything but her need to see Zane. It was comforting to know he wanted to see her just like she wanted to see him. On the surface, it was to assure herself that he was okay. But deeper? She wanted to see him. To be near him. To hold him and feel that peace she’d found with him. Coming to her room, she let out a soft breath, something in her relaxing at the sight. Artie didn’t hesitate before folding herself into his arms, face pressing to his chest. “Hi,” she said, breathing him in deeply.

Drink Down Under || Zane/Artie, 11.13

Artie ruffled a hand through her hair, looking around as she walked down the unfamiliar street. She’d been worried since the plane ride about the man who’d been occupying her thoughts more often than she’d like to admit. He seemed irritated... off balance. And even though he’d all but run from her, she went against her better judgement and approached him again. She stifled a sigh of relief when she spotted him, hitching on a smile. “Hey there. Had enough of the locals?” she teased, stroking his chest when she was close enough.
