Skully knocked on Nepeta's door. God, he can't go for 5 seconds without one of his friends feeling the wrath of Sadness, but this was important, this was Nepeta after all. And he was going to be there with her every step of the way and be there for whenever she needed it. He stood at the door waiting for an answer.
She couldn't even answer the door. She heard the knock, but she couldn't will herself to stand. It felt as if all the energy had been sucked out of her body, and all she could do was lay curled up on the floor and cry.
