I feel as if, if Leo and Suya are to be a couple Suya is probably going to be the one to confess considering that Leo is always punished directly or indirectly whenever he tries to make a move on her, while nothing happens to Suya... Also it will probably be in a very critical moment, perhaps Leo is going to get into a curse like Sleeping Beauty? Or something of sorts and Suya is gonna rescue him, as it was probably hinted at in 334, and 350... But this would be WAAAYY too clichê for Maojou, so it's probably not gonna happen.
The other option would be when Dawner tries to fight Leo, or something of sorts, but Suya interrupts and goes to fight with him/for him instead and says she rather stay with the demon kind, and fight for both humans and demons and Leo too; something of sorts... Considering she didn't give much of a crap about Poseidon fighting, or SanDra or anybody really, because she knew they were gonna be okay, even though they kind of died at the end of the battle lol; whoever when Leo hurted his hand she was truly worried...
You could say Suya changed a lot during the course of the time she was in the castle and that's true, and is honestly one of the reasons I love her so much, she starts as an uncaring jerk with zero understanding of how the real world works and with zero social clues and influenced by the horrible narrative of human superiority and demons are inferior kind of thing, and well... Also the kidnapping, and honestly I don't think I would care much about people that LITERALLY KIDNAPED ME SKSKKS, but then she grows to see that these people also have lives and if they wanted her there they didn't have much of a choice considering the humans are the ones that are attacking relentless and they just want them to stop... She sees the situation is way more complex than that, and realizes that she goes back home without resolving the war problem all of the people in that castle and in the demon world will be in danger, alongside how she will have to work herself to the bone for nothing this time since she realized the people in there are innocent and don't seek at all to hurt humans but to live in peace, alongside with marrying somebody that idolizes her but doesn't see her as a person at all and respects her wants and needs as such...
So, yeah, Suya grew as a person a lot, though I feel as if she doesn't quite understand that what she feels for Leo is love... It might go, alongside with other couples in the manga like Dawner and Twilight, Agave and Sandra, like both the song Good Luck Baby and Heart Attack mixed into one, alongside with Soap... Like people that like each other, want to be together but because of all the complex crap and societal expectations on them they just can't, and if they do they would be risking WAAYYYYY more than just their friendship and or personal happiness... Like I love this manga so much and I wish people gave it more love and credit; but due to how badly it was adapted nobody actually cares or remembers it exists... Sad... Pretty sad really...
