// C O M M U N I T Y // Sharing yoga to others has been a slow and difficult journey for me. My first teacher training 3 years ago was an eye opener for me - it completely changed the way I viewed the world around me. I learnt how yoga could lift up my life and push me. But I didn't let it by the time I came home. I struggled with many self confidence issues (amongst other things) and I listened to the voice that said "No, you could never be good enough to teach! Don't be silly". One year later, several friends who needed and wanted guidance with their practice said they wanted me to teach them, my private classes were born. The sacred moments, breakthroughs and the joy teaching began to fill my soul. I decided to go to another yoga teacher training after the universe gave me so many signs I just could not say no, and off I ventured out to Bali. Off I went with the intuition that my life would never be the same. And for the better. I'm ready to share. I'm ready to be part of of the community that opens you up to feel more. A community that invites you to listen to the whispers of your truth. Mine said "You are good enough. You have so much to give." #zogatimelapsethursdays #giving #community #melbournelovesyoga #yoga
