thinking about zombeh attack 2 i know its plot armor but the idea of these two specific zombies being sentient while all the others aren't is so deeply fascinating to me. like zombeh tord is just your buddy but (un)dead i guess. he's not like those other guys who want to eat you 🙄

i like to think that it's a side effect of the zombeh curse that tord mentions, that it's because they zombified through different means than being infected by another zombie. maybe it reanimates them while giving them full control and none of the instincts that drive an infected zombie?

Fuck it, I'm still talking about Zombeh Attack 2 because it's genuinely one of my favorite Eddisodes.

Only 3 people properly come to Tord's funeral. This is probably because of some Zombie apocalypse bullshit and living somewhere he isn't native to, but that isn't what's interesting about this funeral. And no, it isn't the blonde woman, either.

What is interesting is Edd is wearing a black hoodie with a grey shirt. It should be noted that Tom is just wearing his normal hoodie, but that's probably because he isn't mourning him.

Anyway, that begs the question: why is Edd wearing this? Well, we have a couple options

A) Edd thinks Tord would've wanted a casual funeral.

B) Edd doesn't have a suit because...

b1) Edd didn't have one and had no time to get one / the zombie apocalypse caused some problems. b2) Edd didn't have one and didn't feel like buying one b3) Edd couldn't afford one. I doubt this one personally, just because the money problems the boys run into are generally a lot more whimsical.

C) The funniest option to me: Edd has a mourning hoodie.

D) Edd didn't have time to get all suited up before the funeral.

E) Edd did not even consider that wearing a hoodie might be inappropriate for a funeral service.

Am I overthinking this? Yes. Does it amuse me greatly? Also yes.

Please look at his design inconsistencies. He is so good.

Also, he immediately gets out of it when he believes that it's Tord outside his house. Congrats on escaping mourning, man.
