It is REALLY hot outside. 93° at 9AM isn’t fun. But! Finished ZR5K Wk2Pt2! 2.87 miles. Not a lot or impressive to some, but 1) I’m usually sick and have to wear a medical mask around other people, 2) I battle severe depression. WITH THEIR POWERS COMBINED!!!! Restarted ZombiesRun5k. I stg, one day I am gonna finish this training program WITHOUT getting sick and running a fever because my body goes, “Exertion? In this economy? Packed day starting with surgery consult at @uclahealth Urology (probably in 2 weeks) then an awesome first time VO session with @kingrobgss at Green Street Studios for a character I thought was dead!
