In honor of Disney Channel's 40th anniversary, here are a few of the Zoogs from the Zoog Disney block, modeled in Blender by yours truly! I took some creative liberties here and there with the designs but mostly tried to stay true to David Freemont's original designs. At some point I'd like to get around to doing MZ, Airline, Browser, and Download but for now it's just these five.
The Zoog Disney block was a programming block that lasted from 1998 to 2002, and served as a way to transition the network from a stuffy premium channel for nostalgic baby boomers into the hip network for kids and teens it's known as today. The block also served to encourage viewers to explore the still burgeoning world of the internet.
