i spent the week leading up to thanksgiving sick as hell, fighting some unknown virus while my throat was closing and i couldn’t swallow. had to be put on a steroid treatment, but i did make two great bowls of udon and a very nice zosui.

This may be one of the grossest looking food I have ever eaten in my life but it is also SO delicious. @senjuhashirama is great cook and je deserves all the praise in the world. His Zosui is fucking magical. I would get down on one knee just because of this.

Added a bit of vegetable stock as well. Simmer on low, don't overboil
