aye, i didn't want to upset anyone by saying penis/clit lol. and it works by what hormones are released by either the XX or XY genes. so the XY, with it having Y, would cause the tissues that the embryo has to develop into "male" genitalia since it brings about the HY antigen, triggering the testosterone etc and causes the "female" stuff to dissolve/wither away. whereas XX has no Y so that tissue just continues to grow and has no hormones to prevent it from doing such. so yeah, "underdeveloped penis" my ass. it's like what comes first chicken or egg, but in a more cock or womb aspect get it bc eggs in the womb and cockerels are like chicken related???
