I know it looks the part, but this blog isn't wholly dead. I still see any activity on this blog as it is connected to my personal. I can and may answer questions if you direct them to me. It's just my friend group and I have moved out of the tumblr rp scene and this blog no longer serves its purpose as an OOC communication blog.

I know it has been a while, but Redbud’s response is hilarious in hindsight honestly.
I am once again changing the url of this blog.
How many muses am I at now. I swear I have like... sixty characters.
I really appreciate that Ian made it very clear he intended to do something with Yamato and Knight’s relationship to each other and showed it by having them in the same shot at every possible opportunity.
And when not dueling each other, he had them stand and fight together.
Apparently Flame cut between them in this shot and I never noticed this until now.
Normally I do nothing but bitch about Ariga's writing in his works, but I want to make it clear that his short for MM9 is perhaps the only work that takes the plot of the game seriously with a fair amount of real-world accuracy. For once, he is not shooting himself in the foot with bad time management, but rather he is being held back by the fact that this is a platforming game where eightish robot masters have to be defeated, then Dr. Wily. Out of all of his works, his MM9 work is the only one I wish I could have seen more of, without the restriction of it being a supplementary material for a platformer.
Napalm Man is now Barrage Man. I’ll update his information page accordingly. He is not the same character as Barrage Man from the Dreamwave comics, who we weren’t really going to import over anyway. I’ll work on renaming his weapon appropriately.
Sometimes I think, y’know, why do I keep Napalm Man named the way he is? He doesn’t even use napalm, he’s built like a tank, and his namesake is literally a serious trauma inflicted on Vietnamese people, so why do I keep it? Just because it’s canon? Just because people won’t know who I’m talking about if I give him a new name, even though no one is joining this rp group, especially not when we ourselves struggle to be active? Why do I cling to something so harmful when I could change it because this rp group isn’t really even open, and even if it opens itself to new people, who cares? I’m not dropping the character anyway, he’s deeply important to me, so why can’t I change this one thing, since I won’t change anything else (his being stationed in Vietnam, and having him be Vietnamese coded)?
When I started typing this up I wasn’t sure about changing his name, but after typing this up, I’m certain of it. Napalm Man is getting a name change and I’ll keep you all updated on it.
This includes his weapon. It will not remain “Napalm Bomb.”

Loosing the Archie Comics really hurt the fandom.

I did entertain the idea of starting a continuation comic like they did with Archie Sonic and then realized it would be way too much work.
I’ve already got 5 projects going I’m not adding another.
I definitely wouldn't, there isn't enough fandom left to appreciate it on top of other projects AND work. It's easier to just entertain RP blogs once in a while.

Nah, it happens. Thankfully I'm always logged onto this account on the app. I also have my ooc blog on my personal but I'm not sure how often its activity feed updates.
Oh I get those likes from outdated stuff too.
How are people finding that stuff?
I think some of it still shows up in the searches, especially because the Mega Man fandom isn't particularlt active, so most recent posts are like, three from every year, and then you have me in 2015 saying something like "Hornet Man is a typical introvert" from my personal and because they have no other content they like and reblog it even though it kills me every single time.
Yeah that makes sense.
Still its a bit of a shock seeing a post from 6 years ago that I don’t remember making show up in my activity.
You know that post about tumblr not needing a flashback feature where it shows you one of your old posts because the users already do that? Yeah it's completely accurate.
