`ใ โ ใkim taehyung. cismale. he/him. || that new tenant, orion rhee that moved into apartment fifteen, is twenty-three years old and is an indie singer + barista. their tenancy to be reckless totally counteracts their dreamy personality. usually, you can hear are we ready by two door cinema club playing throughout their apartment. when i think of them, i think of tangled up headphones, the smell of books + the calm before a storm.ย
so orion was born and raised in san francisco to a lawyer for a dad and a high school history teacher for a mom. he is the only child and honestly with parents that are ALWAYS busy, he felt lonely.
eventually, he found friends in his neighborhood and had that little #squad with their hangouts in a treehouse or something. homeboy was content and was able to be the social butterfly he is.
those friends were the ones that orion stuck by up until the end of high school. the friends that knew his love for singing so they nearly pressured him to participate in a talent show in middle school. he probably got second place or something but that encouraged him to continue sharpening up his singing skills.ย
since his mom worked at a high school, orion saw her for majority of his history classes and his mom was such a protective mother bear. orion had a rebellious streak to him so his mom would be the one to get him out of detention and would go to his meetings with the principal.
ori was in archery and in a poetry club, spending majority of his time at coffee shops and doing spoken word.
once he hit college, orion majored in music appreciation and he started writing more. he was eventually scouted by a label and he was ecstatic.ย
it was an independent, small label but he didnโt mind it one bit. his music style is like the male version of banks with a few hozier undertones.
when heโs not making music, he can be seen working as a barista.ย
orion is bisexual, a bit of a mess and a serial kisser. has plenty of flings and crushes.ย
he is a boy with big dreams but is stubborn and kinda reckless. the type to go on random adventures at 3am.
