Meet Chuckles! ( Chuck / Chuckie in the AC / Zootopia verses ) , a middle-aged, retired Basset Hound hunting dog who’s grown a lot from his olden days. Though Chuckles used to hunt all the time, especially ducks, after his owners dropped him at the clinic because he became too old, he’s calmed down quite a bit.

He’s a brash, sometimes overbearing kind of guy. And initially, Chuckles might seem too much for someone to handle. He has a chill and lax personality, and usually goes with the flow, yet still speaks his mind. And though he’s seen as rude sometimes ( even chuckling at people’s misfortune – hence his name Chuckles! ) , he’s actually a very loyal companion and cares for people deep down. He just does it… in his own way.
