I tried making DIY bookmark. There were some nights where the arts in you suddenly hits you and tadaaah! you are up in a mini project of anything. And for tonight, I tried making bookmark out of an envelope. It's actually just so easy. Well, I'm not good at this so try to get along with my instructions: 1. You will be needing an envelope, scissors and coloring or art material or whichever suits your imagination for the design part. 2. Cut the edge part of the envelope into a triangle like shape. Between the side flap and the bottom flap of the folded portion of the envelope. 3. Make your own decor or coloring stuff. And viola! DIY bookmark Oh by the way, I did not measure the angle of the cutting of the edge part of the procedure. I assume any size will do as long as it would fit the edge part of the page of the book. Haha! Sorry. (C) Nifty FB page. This is not my original idea.
now this is my kind of uber pool
My little one. I have been sleeping with furry babies for years and I must tell you, those were one of the best mornings of my life. Her name is Majo. The name was adapted from a Filipino term Majubis or Majoba, which means "fat". Please don't ask me why...and yes I'm a little bit of an oversize lady 😅 Majo is a 10 month-old half Pomeranian - Spitz breed. So basically she's just a bit little size puppy who weights for about 4 kilogram on an average. She doesn't like to eat which contradicts her name origin. She knows how to sit when you tell her to do so and when you want to carry her, you just have to say "up" and she'll lean on your leg like a baby who wants to be carried position. What we find amusing about her is that she loves to put her head out in the window car. Good thing we usually travel out of the metro so we seldom use the car's AC. Oh there are a lot of things I love about her! In this word that is full of walang forever, she's my eternity.
Driving since last week. Though I've been driving (legally) since last year, (also the time when I bought my first car, I know?! -- new car + new driver = bad combination) I just can't trust myself that much until now. I had a minor accident then, as in minor like I failed to pull the hand break on and I was on neutral on a sliding parking then the last thing I heard was the screaming of people who saw my sudden movement against the wall in unprecedented way. Haha! Terrible. 😁 But nyaah after that, I learned to be cautious on the road. So much so that I could be reprimanded for slow speeding just because I'm afraid of getting into accidents again. And yes, that nerve wracking, eye screaming, chest pumping experience I had got me to be uncomfortable about my driving. Well now, it's different. I have to face those roads again or I'll never get to where I want to be. Cheers 💪🏽
The best part of my Singapore adventure is the fact that I can be crazy anywhere... specially at that spot in Universal Studios. 😹 Everyone is busy watching a presentation while I'm busy doing mine!
That's The Mansion by the way. Just ignore my friend's bouncing moment. It's his last trip with us as his team mates so he's enjoying every second of the tour.
Have you ever been so afraid to be happy about a situation or an event that you have been wishing is finally going to come true but has not happened yet? So you don't want to pre empt everything because maybe it turns to be otherwise and it will just break your heart.
