Allowing Myself to Become Completely Incontinent
So here we are at the end of my trial! Two whole weeks of living my life without using any bowel control at all, and my gosh, I have learned so much! If you are one of the many new people to my blog and have no idea what the heck I’m talking about, please check out this post for info about what the trial is, and then this post for my week one update, before reading this one.
With that out of the way, I think I want to start this post with a bit of reflection and a look back at the important progression of my relationship with messing and my worsening bowel control over the past eleven and a half months as I untrained my bladder.
At first, I actually really hated everything messing related, and wanted nothing to do with that side of things at all, which is why I started untraining with only the intention of losing bladder control. Just losing bladder control was not to be though, and when I started having my first messy accidents, I still hated it, but I was kind of forced to start experiencing messing myself whether I wanted to or not. Not long after that, I started to dislike messing less as I grew more accustomed to having my accidents and dealing with the cleanup, and then eventually, it got to a point where accidents were just a normal part of my daily life.
The last piece of the puzzle, and where I was at before deciding to start this trial, was when I found myself starting to get really sick of dealing with the constant discomfort of trying to stop myself from messing every single day, while also failing at that a lot of the time anyway and filling my diapers at random times and sometimes in really bad situations.
So it is that we find ourselves at the end of my trial, where I’ve spent the past fourteen days living my life as if I have no bowel control at all, all for the purpose of seeing whether I should just give up all what little control I have left to live a more comfortable life with more predictable messing, or whether I should keep fighting each day to try and hold on to what bowel control I do have.
Well, I’m not going to waste your time by pretending I’m unsure or haven’t made up my mind yet, ha ha. It’s also probably pretty clear from the various hints I’ve dropped (the title isn’t exactly ambiguous either : P ) and the fact that I literally put up a picture of myself in a very messy diaper and talked about how much I loved how full it was, what my final decision on the subject might be.
I’ll come right out and say, I’ve loved these past two weeks more than I could possibly have imagined I would. For close to eight months, ever since I started having my messy accidents, I resisted giving up my bowel control, despite many people telling me over and over that I should just give in and that it would be for the best, but these past two weeks have finally taught me just how much better living with no bowel control is for my life, and how much less stressful it really is compared to trying to keep my control.
I’ve even had friends tell me how much happier I act and sound just in the time I’ve been doing this trial and how noticeable the difference is, and I believe them. Just imagine, if you had gone through constant discomfort every day for months on end as you tried to keep your bowel control, and then suddenly all of that discomfort and those worries were taken away, I’m sure you might feel a little happier too, ha ha.
So, my final decision is that going forward, I am going be giving up all of my remaining bowel control, and I will be fully committing myself to complete and total incontinence from here on out.
With that said, I think my body is already getting on board with this new way of things (either that or I just ate something weird), because just today I experienced for the first time messing myself three times in one day. This came as quite a surprise for me as you can probably imagine, especially because the second time ended up happening in the middle of the day, just as I was about to change into a new diaper.
At the time, I had already laid out and powdered a fresh diaper to put on, and right as I was undoing the tapes on my used diaper I had this sudden feeling that my body was pushing. This feeling kind of came out of nowhere to be honest, because I hadn’t really felt like I needed to mess or that there was any weight in my bowels at all prior to this. Regardless of what I was thinking though, I had about ten seconds from the time I noticed the pushing in my body, to the start of me messing the diaper I had just been untaping.
I guess this is either a hint of what is to come in my bowel untraining, or, like I mentioned earlier, just a side effect of eating something that my stomach didn’t like. I’m kind of hoping that it’s the former of those two because, just like with my bladder untraining, I want my messing and the feeling in my bowels to be as unnoticeable as possible if I can make it that way. I’ve heard more than once about some people who only notice themselves messing halfway through it happening or right as they finish, so I don’t think this is an unreasonable expectation to have either. With any luck, I’ll eventually be like that, and messing will start to blend into the background of my diaper wearing, just as something that happens but that isn’t at all a big deal.
The final thing that I wanted to mention before wrapping things up, is that on the advice of several friends and people who have experience with bowel untraining, I’ve started taking a fiber supplement every day to keep my messing regular and my bowels healthy : ) I actually already love this and am really happy about it because I’m experiencing an amazing effect of getting lots of fiber that I didn’t even know about before I started taking it. It turns out when you get a bunch of fiber, your messes are insanely easy to clean up, like no matter what you eat.
My time for changing a messy diaper has been cut down to, at most, five minutes, and it’s the most painless and simple messy changes that I have ever had in my life, ha ha. It’s almost like the mess doesn’t stick to your skin or something when you get lots of fiber, even after sitting down for long periods of time, and I am just so thrilled about it!
It’s like, by taking chlorophyll and a fiber supplement every day, I’ve now made a huge difference in the two biggest downsides to messing for me, the smell, and the cleanup. Not only am I changed out of a messy diaper and into a fresh one within five minutes, I also deal with next to no smell at all. It’s kind of like a dream come true, to be honest, and just these two things have given me so much confidence and self-assurance in managing my life going forward with complete incontinence.
So with that, I’m going to be finishing up this update, but I wanted to thank everyone so very much for all of the love and support and advice I’ve received in even just these past two weeks of my trial. The next few months are going to be very interesting I’m sure, and I’ll definitely be keeping you all updated along the way, though perhaps in smaller posts as I notice things happen ^^ I’m very excited for the future and what it holds for me, and I hope you all keep enjoying the ride as you follow along : )
The End of Week One of My Trial
Hey everyone! So the time has come for my one-week update on my trial of living with no bowel control! Yes, it’s been seven days already! Time really flies! If you have no idea what I’m talking about, please go over to this post for all the juicy details on what I’m doing and why. With the formalities out of the way though, let’s get into the update : )
So the very first thing that I think I should say is, this really hasn’t been as bad as I thought it was going to be. As much as I had decided that doing this trial was a good idea and something I should really go ahead with, I was still feeling a bit stressed and nervous about it and I wasn’t really sure what to expect in these fourteen days, since never holding my bowels is something completely new to me. After months and months (and months, seriously it’s been like eight months since my issues started) of doing everything in my power to fight losing all of my bowel control, and continuously failing at that along the way, albeit slowly, letting my body mess as it wanted was an entirely new experience for me.
Starting with that nervous perspective, the first day was quite a shock for me really in how straightforward it was. I got up, I had breakfast, I messed myself shortly after that from the urge I got from eating, then I had a shower and got ready and went about my day. I didn’t get any urges after lunch, but after dinner that night I did and I messed again, before getting changed a little while after that and getting ready for bed.
Hmmm, I thought, as I was laying in bed, maybe today was a fluke and it’ll be much worse every day after this, like what I had originally expected. This turned out not to be the case though, and the trend of no bowel control being simple to manage (for someone who already wears diapers 24/7) continued all throughout my week.
So it is then, that my biggest takeaway from week one, and probably the most important thing that I wanted to learn from this entire experience, is that letting my body handle when and where I mess without any meddling on my part has been surprisingly easy so far. I didn’t end up messing myself in the middle of a class or during work, though as the week went on I honestly started wanting to experience this just to see what it would be like and how I could handle it (here’s hoping it happens in week two, though it’s not really up to my choice of course).
In regards to the actual messing details, if anyone wants to know those, I’ve been messing twice a day on average, usually after breakfast and then again after dinner, though there was one day that threw me off where I messed at lunch and then dinner instead, I know, that was pretty crazy right, ha ha ha.
One thing I will say is that messing small amounts like you do if you mess regularly like this feels waaaaay different to messing the larger amounts I would when I had my accidents. It’s like an entirely different feeling, at least to me. Not only is it a smaller amount so your diaper doesn’t feel as full (actually sad about this, I had come to really like the feeling of a full diaper), but the messing also happens more over time rather than just all at once. When I had accidents, for example, I’d feel a strong sudden urge and then in a few seconds my diaper would fill and it’d all be over. With letting my body just mess as it wishes and whenever it wants to, messing seems to happen a little slower and more gently, if that makes any sense at all. I’m really sorry if that’s TMI for some people, but hey, you’re reading a post about messing, what did you expect cx
As far as any changes I’ve noticed in this first week, I wouldn’t really say I’ve noticed much out of the ordinary just yet, other than one thing, but it is early days of course, with my body still figuring out this newfound freedom I think.
The one thing that happened that was really interesting and kind of exciting for me was what happened when I messed after dinner on Friday night. See, it seemed like the standard small messes that I’d been having most of the week, and nothing at all felt out of the ordinary about it. When I changed into my night time diaper before bed though, it turns out I’d actually messed quite a bit more than I had realized. This either means that I messed a large amount originally and only felt some of it, or, alternatively, I did only mess a little bit as I thought, but I may have actually messed more later without feeling it. Thinking back on my exam experience, I believe either of these is plausible, but I’m more inclined to say it was the first possibility. I already know that my muscles and sense of feeling suck from untraining for so long, so it makes the most sense to me that I wouldn’t get all the proper feeling that I might normally if I had better bowel control. Either way, it was a pretty awesome experience when I’m specifically trying to have as little control as possible of my messing.
I feel like I’ve been talking for so long so I’ll try and wrap it up a bit, but I do just want to mention, in this trial, and in my full bowel untraining if I choose to go ahead with that, I’ve decided that I’m not going to be treating messy diapers as any kind of big deal or as something out of the ordinary. This means, for example, not immediately changing out of a messy diaper if I’m at home (I’ll still try and change quickly when around others so as not to potentially disturb anyone) or, in any situation, not avoiding sitting down just because I’m messy. I want to completely normalize messy diapers in my head, and that means acting like they’re just a regular thing that don’t need to be overly worried about. The chlorophyll I’ve been taking has continued to work excellently for me as well, so hanging out in messy diapers at home for an hour or so before changing hasn’t been a big deal at all (it’s honestly been really comfy).
So, that’s about all I have to say for my one week update, and I know, I always have so much to say but hey, I got to give everyone all of the details right, ha ha. The day you are reading this marks the start of my second full week living with no bowel control, and the last seven days of this experiment.
If you’re wondering which way I’m leaning so far, whether I’m thinking more like I’ll give up all of my remaining bowel control or try and keep it, you probably only need to notice the couple of little positive remarks I’ve made throughout this post when I’m talking about being messy or not using my control to give you some idea.
Nothing is set in stone yet, of course, and I still haven’t messed during college or at work which I think will be important things to experience for my decision, but yeah, things are going way better than I thought they would, and giving up all of my remaining bowel control doesn’t seem so insane to me anymore.
Morning gas 😊
Mommyyyyyy? :$ baby had another accident…
Love this💛
Surprise! if you want to see the full video, which is pretty messy, message me! Reblog this for another surprise in your Tumblr messages ;)
As promised, my panty poop video.
The story behind this is I was waiting for my diapers to come that day; daddy said that I can’t use the big potty no matter what so I better hold it. My tummy was icky that day and I lost control in my big girl panties.

My morning poops
I used to be embarrassed when I made oopsies in my diapee. (giggle!) But now I know that’s what diapers are for! ☺️
When ever I’m feeling little, I’m always a lil apprehensive to mess my diapers. But the second I give that final push and feel a big babyish mess fill my diaper, any spec of adult thinking turns to mush in my brain and I let out a cute little coo and feel drool dribbling on to my titties. 💕💕💕💕
