Do you ever just need to stop and breathe?

I wrote this a while back on one of those days when life was getting to be too much.

Not a care in the world — just sat in my chair listening to the waves from the water rush up on my chair. Feel the coolness of the water as it comes up to your feet. Life was getting too much, so I took a little trip to the beach to wash away all my troubles that were within my reach. That was where I found sweet serenity at the beach.

Have you ever needed someone to just see you right where you are — not fix you, not advise you, just see you? I wrote this a while back, and it still says exactly what I want to say. — For Every Hurt — By Sonia Kay Perkins For every hurt there is love, for every lonely moment there is someone, for every dream in time there will be a reality, for every sickness there is a cure, for every love story beginning in time will be a happy ending, for every child there is a parent, for every person thinking they're not important friends are telling them and proving that they are. May God be with my friends and family, and with those I don't know. Help me, Lord, to encourage myself and be a strong person for others. And to let others know — God, one of the blessings you gave me is an open and caring heart for people. Sometimes I lose it, but I believe it is here to stay.
