Good news! Just got diagnosed with ADHD (finally) and am going to be starting Straterra once the prescription goes through. Hopefully this will be the right med right off the start, but I'll update again in a little bit once I've been on 'em for a while.

An update because why not:

In about 9 days, I have a phone assessment with one of those online ADHD clinics that potentially hand out Adderall like candy. There's no guarantee they'll diagnose me of course, but there's still a chance which would mean proper meds for me.

From what I've heard from others with ADHD, Adderall (and other ADHD meds) can make such a huge difference, like you're an entirely different person. Kinda high-key hope that's the case.

Anyway, depending on how that turns out, I'll probably be coming properly back here soon-ish. I think I'm just gonna remake again, have a nice fresh start, but I'll give a head's up when/if that happens.
