day one of the brush week challenge organized by @catmask! i decided to pick my oc question for this challenge, since they have the most interesting and flexible design, except... star's already cosmic themed! still, i decided to spruce things up for star, forming a design based off of a comet. i think i might like this one more than stars current design... uh oh...

She can’t help but glance between the girl in the memory and the girl in the present, and she chokes down the rising ache. Along the side are the words, ‘Day One of my New Life!’

Having put everything in place for their fight, the Astral Express who are stuck in the depths of Amphoreus can do nothing but wait for the dominoes to start their cascade. Time enough to rest and be safe, even just for a couple hours. Each of them has changed so much since they first met. But nothing could ever change who they are to each other.

Personality: Detached, resigned, bitter. Jordan is a young emo man of very few words—though, that won't stop him from tearing people a new one if they rub him the wrong way. While a life of being talked over, pushed aside, and beaten down has made him silent in a resentful sort of way, it's also taught him that people rarely have his best interests at heart—so why should he have theirs?

Personality: Energetic, flighty, anxious. Harper is a young punk woman with a rough and tumble exterior and a soft spot that's obvious to everyone besides herself. She may be scratchy and energetic at first glance, but she brings a tension with her everywhere she goes, wound up and ready to cut and run at the first notice of danger. Her life has taught her that the person to starts the fight also loses it.
