It took me over two weeks (because life has been a lot), but I'm finally done! I struggled to get a clear vision for this build, but after scouring Pinterest, Google Images and lots of real estate sites, I finally got that vision. "Bastide" means either a fortified Southern French town or a home in this region (Provence, Côte d'Azur...) and with it's light blue accents, pool and brightness, I came up with "La Bastide Bleue". This home has two bedrooms (excluding the study) and three full bathrooms, a nectar cellar, large pool and patio with gorgeous views (even a view of the Eiffel Tower from the master bedroom's massive balcony!) and little sunroom/greenhouse attached to the kitchen. I tried to keep an authentic style throughout but with some modernised aspects, again, like in many inspo pictures. I got pretty creative with the OMSP resizer mod (linked below), especially in the master bedroom. The headboard is made of two of the same ornate mirror from Showtime, both flipped around and the back one upscaled. Pretty neat, huh?
Even though it took so long, I'm honestly really happy with the final result. I think it has a pretty realistic and authentic vibe to a lot of the inspo pics I saw. As with the other two vacation homes, this one is quite store-content heavy, but I've listed everything I've used alphabetically (please forgive me if I forgot something). I also used a some CC items.

Default Replacement Beards: Base Game & Expansions
These Y2K glasses 😭
I have replaced some of the default beards with similar ones from my beard packs.
These are compatible with Simple Life's beard defaults, as my defaults overwrite different files.
You can place them in the Overrides folder or Packages folder. You can also delete the non-default versions if you want.
You may need to clear your caches and re-apply the beard on your sim in CAS to see the change.
All of them have custom thumbnails and are enabled from young adult to elder. They are not enabled for random.

i unfortunately don't have the saves in my game anymore so i don't have the specs for the house except:
it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. and it has a big kitchen and living room and maybe an office room? can you tell i love kitchens it's unfurnished at 24,280 and furnished at 26,800
it also looks a little different from the video because my game lags so it was hard to finish recording me finishing the floor plan! And i was running out of space 😆

Here is a beautiful braided hairstyle from @arethabee for you. It comes in 2 versions, one with a bun and one with a ponytail. You can see a comparison picture below the cut. Have fun and please let me know if you have any issues with them.
So, by now you've seen I'm going through to fix mistakes and as many imperfections I can find. Hair was no exception and I found it very frustrating how either unaware or complacent I was with these conversions. Albeit the majority of them are from when I was getting started so I can't be too upset, I guess.
These will all overwrite the original files and should be fine with any recolors out there.
