Emerald put on the tv and chose a show they would both enjoy. The subtitles were already on from the last time Emerson was over.

The redhead then picked up Chairman and held him on her chest, careful to not wake him, while she leaned into her boyfriend.

Emerson smiled and wrapped an arm around her as he watched the TV. He would laugh quietly at the funny parts but was doing his best to be quiet.

Emerald found herself eveantually laying in Emerson’s lap. Her eye lids grew heavy with every pur from Chairman. Soon, she fell asleep peacefully.

Emerson smiled and gently played with her hair as she laid on him. He felt a strange feeling in his chest as he looked down at her...but he didn't know what it was. All he knew was he was happy. He kept gently playing with her hair as the TV played in the background before he eventually fell asleep too.
