Update 6/6/19

So an update since last time. I had said that I started working out, but I was barely making progress. Well 30 days later, I have lost 7lbs and I feel alot stronger in my arms and legs. I’m glad I’m making progress in something, but I wish I was making progress in other areas too, but perhaps this is a lesson for me to be patient. I’m gonna keep working out and continue to lose weight in hopes that other things go my way too, but I really hope it pays out soon in other ways. Now I just gotta work on my depression and my mental health that are eating me alive right now.
