-(🎵 this blog is based on an au I have with @m3l0dy0 (she will be making a blog for nick, trucy and her oc!) the basics about this au (my side of the blogs) miles has a biological little sister (Felix), wrightworth and franmaya are cannon and it’s also heavily headcannoned! Those head cannons are Miles egdeworth is a Trans FtM male (he-him) , franziska is a cis bi female (she/her) and Felix is a cisgender lesbian female (she/her) . Other things are , miles and phoenix are married and along with trucy , Apollo and all the other many “adopted” children they also have another kid that they named Gregory in honour of Miles’ dad, Gregory is currently 8 years old. -(MORE ABOUT THE AU)-

soooo this is gonna be like super super messy ahh😨😨😨 anyway so in this au miles has another (biological) sister named Felix (she’s the same age as Franziska) soooo this starts pre-dl6 sorta when miles met phoenix and larry. (Dead-Name miles) was always sorta a more formal Tom boy I’m yk what I mean? Short hair and little blazers ;) gregory had no issue with it and sorta just assumed he had a Tom boy daughter until she started calling herself whos now himself, miles (supportive dad gregory🫡🫡🫡) anyway fast forward to dl6 on the day of dl6 miles was like really scared obviously and Felix being really young couldn’t really do anything to console him being young herself and also very scared (this comes back into her character lore later 😈) but yeah anyway Felix and miles are taken in by Manfred. Around when Felix is 15 she stops giving two shits too Manfred finally coming to her scenes and sorta realising he was a jerk- and for a good few years she tries to get miles to join her in cutting him off but miles is still sorta attaching to him (trauma bonding~👌). The whole bratworth era is the same as cannon except Felix’s there too ig? Oh and also bratworth and feenie are sorta having an on and off😭 (fast forward to aa1) after the main events of the game miles and phoenix have a one nighter before miles ghosts him and most other people besides Felix and Katherine (Felixs girlfriend and my friends oc also this is where it gets a little ⭐️freaky⭐️) the whole time where miles is gone is much longer in this au since that one nighter resulted in gregory jr 🫡- so yeah for the year miles was gone he was in England either extremely depressed and sick or taking care of a baby , for half of the year miles was in England Felix was still back home along with Franziska going up against phoenix (and definitely taking out a bit of anger on the sonic hair lookin ah man 🙂‍↕️ since like because she couldn’t be there for miles during dl6 she’s basically made a promise to herself that she would never let that happen again, also she just kinda dislikes wright) . And for the other half she was in England along with Kathy trying to be #supportivesibling to miles. Felix had planned to go back from England when the whole maya kidnapping trial started but she got attacked outside of the courthouse after only one day of the trial. (Another fast forward to beenix era). Miles had been keeping Gregory jr a secret for a while now successfully though he did almost tell on himself a few times. After phoenix got back into being an attorney miles was pretty torn on if he should tell him or not but after a long ass bit of persuasion from Felix , verity and Kathy he finally told phoenix about gregory. At first phoenix didn’t really take the news well but after a while he opened up to the idea and him and miles started talking again eventually they started setting each other and after a few years they got married since I’m a sucker for happy endings and middle aged man yaoi🫡🫡🫡- but yeah my little brain is running dry for ideas

The police upon seeing said person nodded. Leading her towards the room where shed be able to talk to said person. They didnt say much, just nods and stares, it was easy between each other since they have been working for a handfull while now. It did take them a while to bring, however, Asher over, as he had been taken a while ago to answer some questions to the police. But once that happened, one guard remained by the door while Asher took a seat on the other side.

His eyes were down on the floor. He still had some blood on his coat, a sigh escaped his lips- he wasnt wearing his glasses, he broke them when he arrived at the station anyways. “... I believe you must have came to also yell at me.” the words were low coming from him, barely even a mumble. His voice was broken, perhaps from crying and from the actual much how this has been affecting him mentally.

Felix looked at him as he spoke, a part of her did want to yell at him. All she wanted to do was the scream and cry but she couldn’t… she wouldn’t ,not ever … weakness wasn’t an option. She had came for one thing, the truth- and that’s what she intended to leave with

“I’m not….i just want to speak about what happened…that is all” her eyes that once’s sparked with hope and wonder were empty and unfeeling. She wore a plain black suit and what looked like to be one of miles’ old cravats. She looked different, sleep deprived and lifeless. A constant and unforgiving cold glare was all that could be amounted from her expression alone

“... What... What happened...?” he couldnt remember properly now. By now, most co-workers of his and friends had came to yell at him and planting on his head that he did infact do the crime. But that wasnt true. He.. just wanted to give miles one last kiss before the man was gone. And hell, the whole thing happened so fast. What if it had actually been him doing it and he just didnt remember? Everything pointed to him, afterall.

“... I.. just wanted to give him a last kiss before he went.” his voice broke further. It was a suprise he hadnt broke down crying yet. He had to take a shaky deep breath before continuing to speak. “everything else was almost a blur... I just.. heard a gunshot and suddenly miles was in the middle of the road and before i could reach him-...” he paused, bitting his lower lip and looking away, his hair completely covering his face now.

Felix watched him, watched his face, watched him break before her eyes… she could feel something bubbling inside her .It was almost like a forbidden anger, an anger she Souldnt be feelings… but she was. “Don’t you dare, don’t- don’t do it…don’t you dare cry…”

She finally blurted out, she hadn’t meant to it just happened. Her glare was no longer empty just full of an indescribable rage. “You’re not going to cry and pout , okay? I didn’t come for that- I just want to know why you’re being suspected. This case is screaming suspicious to me, I didn’t want to work on it but… at this point I have no choice..”

“... They found the gun, my gun, with my finger prints. Beside me...” He took a deep breath. Well, he could believe it had been him by accident, he did carry his gun everywhere with him- incase anyone tried to fuck around with him. Hed not be suprised if the gun fell. But.. he was sure he didnt bring the gun that day, or maybe he simply had forgotten. He had to take a deep breath and hold himself from breaking just to look at Felix. Even if he couldnt handle it.

“... I’m pretty sure i did it..” he confessed, even if it was a simple lie he had gotten planted on his head. But he had been telling that to everyone that came to visit him, thats what they wanted to hear, anyways, so whyd he bother? “... Anger must have gotten to me at knowing he was leaving-...” untrue. Even if it did, he wasnt gonna shot miles- he wasnt as bad as Manfred was now, was he? He wasnt sure. People kept spending the whole day since he got arrested calling him out, telling him he was as bad or worse than manfred himself. He was lost. So goddamn lost but maybe he deserved this all.

”no- no this makes no logical sense . You said you were kissing him goodbye? Correct? between the time you gave him said kiss and him actually getting…hit, where did you get the time to well shoot him? See? Is doesn’t add up” She exclaimed pacing around a little

It was almost like old times… when she’d spend hours up with miles analysing every last detail of a case.. she knew that, but she wasn’t going to let it get to her, she needed to stay composed

“we didnt kiss.” Asher said, his hands fidgetting with each other as he looked a bit down. “we were talking. The gun went off a while after i took my hand out of my pocket.” he explained- well, that would made sense on how the gun being fired happened. They were just talking before it all happened, he had no memories however of him and miles being so close but so far then, but it did make sense to him his gun fell out of his pocket.

“... We were having a small argument because he was leaving me without saying an actual goodbye, that was why i was gonna give one last kiss.” he looked away to to the wall. He needed to take some deep breaths, or else hed break down in tears there. Hed most likely do it later when he was back to being stuck.

”….damn it-“ Felix muttered to herself trying desperately to piece together a story that painted Asher innocent. “Do you have any recollection of pulling the trigger? Or hell, even having the gun on you?” She said looking him dead in the eyes. Her justice hungry side started to shine through ever so slightly, she side she had sworn to secrecy since the murder of her older brother

“... I bring my gun everywhere with me.” that was he could even properly recall. Well, he did often bring his gun with him- everyone who spent time with him KNEW about his gun, a costumised one he got for himself as a small reward for himself. A sigh escaped him as he leaned back on his chair, thinking before he looked back at Felix, with a more serious look than she had ever seen this man with before anytime she knew him.

“it’s not worth the fight, felix.” his words were firm. “i’ll just take the sentence, its already enough having Phoenix be my defense.” he said, surpressing his own actual emotions in an overall sense. But what was he supposted to do? He could only believe he was the actual murderer.

”no! No you won’t!- it’s - it’s not fair-!” She shouted suddenly finally breaking. She stood there before him like how she once stood at the prosecutor’s bench “you can’t just ‘take the sentence’ , no! I’m not letting you- I will solve this case..! I -…”

Felix couldn’t finish her sentence , it was too late- she had already broken into angry sobs, crying like a child. “It’s not fair! Nothings fair- I - I wasn’t finished having an older brother! I still needed miles damn it and now he’s gone! And- arrrrg- I just- I can’t take it anymore…” she was at her lowest, completely and utterly broken from what she once was. “I just want to find who did it!…I just want closure.. justice-“

“...” Asher sighed. He had to look away before looking back at felix. “... I’m sorry, Felix. But i am the only person who could have done it. Afterall, everyone but me and Miles were inside the courthouse.” he said, his arms crossed before he glared at Felix, for a brief moment, his left eye shifted from green to a grey tone of color before turning back to green as quickly as it came. It was barely catchable if no one was looking.

Asher had stood up, he wanted to reach closer to Felix, perhaps hold her and hug her. But they couldnt, there was a glass and wall blocking them from reaching each other. He had to stop, think and settle back down, leaning back and looking away. “there’s no one else who would have had a need to kill miles but me out of anger.” he added, before his hand reached out to his mouth and began nibbling on his own nails.

Felix’s expression gave way into slight confusion upon seeing Asher’s eye shift ever so slightly. She blinked hard shaking her head a little assuming that in the heat of the moment she was just seeing things

“You didn’t kill Miles Edgeworth… I know that for certain, who did is still a mystery to me.. but I will find out- I can promise you that” she said before the light sound of a bell could be heard ringing singling time for visitors . She turned on her heel lighting a cigarette as she left.

The police upon seeing said person nodded. Leading her towards the room where shed be able to talk to said person. They didnt say much, just nods and stares, it was easy between each other since they have been working for a handfull while now. It did take them a while to bring, however, Asher over, as he had been taken a while ago to answer some questions to the police. But once that happened, one guard remained by the door while Asher took a seat on the other side.

His eyes were down on the floor. He still had some blood on his coat, a sigh escaped his lips- he wasnt wearing his glasses, he broke them when he arrived at the station anyways. “... I believe you must have came to also yell at me.” the words were low coming from him, barely even a mumble. His voice was broken, perhaps from crying and from the actual much how this has been affecting him mentally.

Felix looked at him as he spoke, a part of her did want to yell at him. All she wanted to do was the scream and cry but she couldn’t… she wouldn’t ,not ever … weakness wasn’t an option. She had came for one thing, the truth- and that’s what she intended to leave with

“I’m not….i just want to speak about what happened…that is all” her eyes that once’s sparked with hope and wonder were empty and unfeeling. She wore a plain black suit and what looked like to be one of miles’ old cravats. She looked different, sleep deprived and lifeless. A constant and unforgiving cold glare was all that could be amounted from her expression alone

“... What... What happened...?” he couldnt remember properly now. By now, most co-workers of his and friends had came to yell at him and planting on his head that he did infact do the crime. But that wasnt true. He.. just wanted to give miles one last kiss before the man was gone. And hell, the whole thing happened so fast. What if it had actually been him doing it and he just didnt remember? Everything pointed to him, afterall.

“... I.. just wanted to give him a last kiss before he went.” his voice broke further. It was a suprise he hadnt broke down crying yet. He had to take a shaky deep breath before continuing to speak. “everything else was almost a blur... I just.. heard a gunshot and suddenly miles was in the middle of the road and before i could reach him-...” he paused, bitting his lower lip and looking away, his hair completely covering his face now.

Felix watched him, watched his face, watched him break before her eyes… she could feel something bubbling inside her .It was almost like a forbidden anger, an anger she Souldnt be feelings… but she was. “Don’t you dare, don’t- don’t do it…don’t you dare cry…”

She finally blurted out, she hadn’t meant to it just happened. Her glare was no longer empty just full of an indescribable rage. “You’re not going to cry and pout , okay? I didn’t come for that- I just want to know why you’re being suspected. This case is screaming suspicious to me, I didn’t want to work on it but… at this point I have no choice..”

“... They found the gun, my gun, with my finger prints. Beside me...” He took a deep breath. Well, he could believe it had been him by accident, he did carry his gun everywhere with him- incase anyone tried to fuck around with him. Hed not be suprised if the gun fell. But.. he was sure he didnt bring the gun that day, or maybe he simply had forgotten. He had to take a deep breath and hold himself from breaking just to look at Felix. Even if he couldnt handle it.

“... I’m pretty sure i did it..” he confessed, even if it was a simple lie he had gotten planted on his head. But he had been telling that to everyone that came to visit him, thats what they wanted to hear, anyways, so whyd he bother? “... Anger must have gotten to me at knowing he was leaving-...” untrue. Even if it did, he wasnt gonna shot miles- he wasnt as bad as Manfred was now, was he? He wasnt sure. People kept spending the whole day since he got arrested calling him out, telling him he was as bad or worse than manfred himself. He was lost. So goddamn lost but maybe he deserved this all.

Well, Asher was suspected to be the murderer of Miles edgeworth. He was the last person to be near Miles, and the gun bears the prosecutors fingerprints & was found beside where Asher was at the time of the scene.

Also i believe she was the only prosecutor available to prosecute said case, alongside, Phoenix is defending the case.
