Hello! Welcome to the Silly Corner! Here you can find all sorts of x reader posts from a bunch of fandoms- of which you can find a list of within the Fandom List link below, as well as my collection of masterlists!- some general things to note is that this blog is run by one person with a couple of health (mostly mental, partly physical) so sometimes requests can be a little closed (speaking of! You can find request status in this blogs bio!) so please be mindful of that when sending in an ask or request! The Admin swaps between writing on his laptop and his phone, so expect some slight style differences between posts- just a device hop!

Soo... what about the Admin? There isn't really much about to say about myself, I just like writing! I use they/he/it pronouns, I am an aroace (technically aegosexual/romantic if you wanna get REAL specific) self shipper! My interests change every now and then but that doesn't mean a fandom is instantly getting canned the moment I move on; so no need to worry about that!

If you have any questions, feel free to send an ask-- I advise against DMs unless you're asking for the AO3 or NSFT blog (regardless if you are or not I recommend asking what you want right off the bat, plain messages that just say hi make me anxious due to folks being weird in the past + Admin has anxiety)

I do!! It's been a few years since I've touched the game but season 1 will always hold a special place in my heart, same with season 2!!

I... don't remember season 3 that well, and I haven't had the chance to check out season 4 or any of the side stuff

I need to revisit telltale games--- not walking dead but wolf among us I remember was really good

Mmmm the idea that in AH some parts are still accurate to an animals irl biology. The hospital having blood bags of not just red blood, but blue too. Imagine being a worm and they gotta give you the green stuff

Idk man it's kind of been reminding me lately of how I'd get called names (bitch, cunt, ect) for simply... not having the time to answer a request or not being comfortable with one. Idk how open I've been but I've been writing fanfic off and on for the past decade and unfortunately people being entitled isn't anything new but god that doesn't make it any easier

I really do try to attempt every request sent in, even if it's slow. I wouldn't still be writing if I didn't enjoy it/intend to make something for yall. I don't... like that in response to me explaining why things are slow some- SOME not all- people take it as a chance to keep pushing

Not much else to say; hopefully fic posting becomes more common after flufftober is done and ready. Also hoping that the occasional alphabet stuff is enough to feed the brain worms--- because I am indeed having fun writing those

Wait curious you mentioned how the Dandy's fandom put you off even before the Qwel drama could you elaborate?

TLDR; people got nasty about request stuff so I've been a little put off even before retiring DW on this blog

People would spam and generally be weird about their requests from dms, filling the inbox, to even finding my main (the exact reason why I DON'T connect my main to this blog) to continue pestering for their request

Asking for status updates on a request is one thing. Spam and borderline harassment is another; I do not at all take kindly to slur usage, threats, or general nastiness on this blog whether it is directed towards me or one of you guys

I am not comfortable with that and while it's a small part of the community it's a vocal one-- at least on this blog idk about other blogs as I don't really read x readers as much as I'd like

Regardless of how everything regarding Qwel ends up, this personal tidbit with the fandom will indeed influence whether or not I am comfortable returning to creating fanfic for DW

To add on as I do believe it's also further soured my personal stance; I do not like the way some people snapped back when I said I was retiring DW for the time being/indefinitely. The reason behind it aside, I feel that it set a sort of tone that I cannot pick and choose what fandoms to keep on my blog. Whether that was the intent or not I do not care; it still gave off that message. With this side bit I think I'd feel the same even if DW was retired out of simple loss of interest
