Love can be spread even with the foods you choose to eat. Few years ago the seed my friend planted in my first year of college grew. All the information naturally started to come to me about veganism. I do it because I don't believe I am better than any creature on this planet. We all want love and to enjoy life. The violence used to on the animals we choose to eat, use for product, or for testing is of horror story. Ask yourself, would someone that has selflove say yes to this? Sometimes you have to feel a little pain to truly be grateful for what your body does for you. Last year I was in pain everyday because I didn't know that my feet were had problems. I walk everywhere in sf and had a job standing for 7 hours. I didn't now how hard I was pushing myself. But I am grateful that there are products to help me. Truly blessed to be able to walk without pain. Grateful for my feet that support my whole body. I know more on how to care for you, my dear body. Soon I will be able to even run 🏃 that is a miracle ☀️ Thankful that my feet and I will be able to explore in ease Seoul soon. Always be thankful for your beautiful body.
