Plot idea:

Jayce and Viktor are in the lab when a prototype piece of the hexgate collapses falling on Jayce as he pushes Viktor out of the way. Jayce sustains a nasty concussion, and when he wakes up realizes he has some degree of amnesia.

Viktor feeling incredibly guilty offers to help watch over Jayce as he recovers.

Other ideas:

- Jayce’s mother, Ximenia, also spends time taking care of Jayce allowing Viktor to get to know her.

- Jayce’s memory loss includes the Hextech revelation. And he is amazed all over again that his proto-hex ideas actually were achieved.

-Jayce tells Viktor lots of childhood stories, and Viktor is warmed by his enthusiasm even if he has heard them before.

-Viktor is instructed to lead Jayce around as if it were a normal day. Which for them involves eating meals together, staying up late, crashing at one another’s apartments, from time to time.

-Jayce at one point, asks for clarification about his own personal life, are they in a relationship? After all it seems like they are. Viktor blushes and sputters, and Jayce is like, “oh have I not…said you were handsome? I feel like if we were friends this long I would have told you…”

- I just feel like Jayce would just candidly drop information to Viktor. Things he would just assume Viktor would already know.

-Viktor misses the way Jayce used to physically support him, and the first time he does do it, Jayce is confused by his own actions. “It seemed like the right thing to do? Is that…wrong?”
