Dan “Watchman” Rodriguez takin a morning jog with his spectral hound, Jupiter.

Mary “Geppetto” Annette, an Illuminati surgeon who’s learned to combine blood magic and modern day medical science. She excelled in the creation and control of familiars while in Innsmouth Academy, earning her the nickname “Geppetto”.

Arnie Armbrose! Not made in game but he’s my boy and I love him so I had to bring him into the universe. He’s a Templar. Not super smart but really damn strong. Usually paired with someone in the field who is good at critical thinking/puzzle solving.

I love this game a lot and was so glad I was able to participate in this!

This features my character Dan who is a Templar Agent.

His weapons are pistols and sword (though I’ve considered switching sword to rifle….)

ANYWAY! This is the first comic I’ve ever made/completed and I’m really proud :)

The Secret World

It really baffles me that this game isn’t on many people’s radars. The unique feeling of magic realism mixing in with sci-fi it gives literally has no match. Funcom has always been PERFECT with this kind of stuff ever since The Longest Journey and what they’ve done with this MMO is incredible.

My god, EVERY major quest has a cutscene, every single landscape is a damn masterpiece and the world is drowning in small details. Yeah, it is an MMORPG, it has interface, standard MMO quests, but it oozes with character. Oh, and references. Stephen King, Lovecraft, etc. GALORE. And the music! The atmosphere in this game is incredible!

I apparently re-exploded in the Secret World fandom today because someone found my old Illuminati cosplay photos and like-bombed them. When I mentioned that I had cosplayed all 3 factions (Illuminati, Templar, Dragon), they were surprised because it turns out there aren’t actually all that many photos of me cosplaying the other two factions. 

I can’t help it if the Illuminati coat is just that photogenic… 

And yes, those coats are hand-sewn by yours truly. Yes, I have done custom-sized coats on commission for a couple of other fans.
