I forgot how important it is to get emotions out and growing up I used to wrote a lot of poems as a coping mechanism. Anyway I'm back at it again took hours to write a nu skool hip hop track something I'm not used to but I had the pattern flow in my head so that bit wasn't hard and thankfully listening to all the nu skool latest artist paid off and manged to piece it together. Anyway if you have suffered in the past found a outlet poems and song writing is good really gets the emotions out. What I'll do with it IDK but I might try and do something with it who knows
