It is OURS, uhhh but also js call us Spencer in convo yeah… We typically use it/she collectively but since Niffty isn’t here (and she throws pissy fits over her gender…) itz currently he/it I suppose

we do not know most system terms, ngl. We use the words we know accurately, though. We have alexithymia n autism so that may be apart of it… idk 🥹
last thing; we have two past alters who merged w me, Hermes. They were both bad people. You may hear us talk abt them, so.. we’ll call the old host (and original person in this body) any name starting with M, she used she/they and was bisexual and anti alterhuman anti furry n a bully. Latte used she/her and was genuinely malicious and wanted to cause harm to everyone, she wasn’t anti anything she targeted anyone and anything. Some of their traits were given to me, although I am a good person according to almost everyone I know, sooooo….I think we r okay.
These can be used to show whos fronting, to feel closer to your headmates, or even just as a fun form of self-expression! They can be made with beads, with braided thread, anything!! You could even make your own charms out of clay!
Map out your headspace, if you have one
This gives a visual indicator of the headspace and makes it feel more "real" to members who may not have access to the headspace- it's also just fun!!
Make a system journal
This doesnt have to include system specific things, but it could be anything!! A scrapbook, a journal, a place to recount your days if you have amnesia gaps, etc. It can also give your alters more individuality by giving them a space to identify themselves and have their own space. You could even divide the book/journal/binder into spaces for each of your headmates!
Make indroduction cards for your headmates
These can be given to people in order to give a short introduction about who you are, because ik introducing yourself over and over again can get... Tiring. These can be customized to the personality of each alter, but can be kept in a similar size and easily attached via binding or a keyring!!

🍧 - the core merged with me, so I suppose that’d be me.
🍀 - it’s… hard. Communication is nearly impossible In panic cuz we have to focus to hear other alters… I can hear alters better than the rest of us bc I’m very good at multitasking but others have a lot of issues with it. It’s a bunch of static lowk
🥝 - full on fronts, not often. We have alters who switch a lot being co concious and co fronting, but “properly”, I front the majority of the time.
🌧️ - I don’t think so? ,, idk MJ prolly has Harley sawyer ,, niffty probably has Niffty and kinger probably has Kinger.
💗 - we are almost certain we are traumagenic,, although we can’t be 100% sure since we don’t remember most of what we think specifically caused it.
oh btw Stargirl is fully nocturnal. He cannot fall asleep at night and bc of that rarely sleeps, like I’m talking he fell asleep in school during an exam, he also has insomnia. We all have insomnia but his is def the worse outta all of ours,,
he also felt really guilty about that and keeps apologizing qwq (he writes w a Notebook in the headspace, but we’re looking on learning sign language of some kind…)
