Headcanon that Lotor started falling in love with Jean only after she had started falling *out* of love with him, as she had dismissed it as limerence given he was with Allura at the time; The truth of the matter is it was on Oriande did he realize he and Allura were not truly, wholly comparable. The princess was selfless and kind in a way that he was not, willing to give her own life for the knowledge they desired while he knew only to take. Jean was mortal and more than this she understood that sometimes such selfishness was righteous making her more alike him than he had realized, blinded by his prior commitments. Thankfully it wasn’t hard to reignite those feelings as Jean has always been a bit like the wind, and once he started officially attempting to *woo* her she was already turning red.

(This is no hate to Lotura, I actually really like Lotura and sometimes even polyship with them.)

honestly anytime i get stressed out doing ‘ real ’ art projects i always enjoy taking the time to sit back and do a little screenshot edit or two to get the blood flowing . sometimes just getting something doing on paper . . . or in my case screen , is enough to inspire you to keep pushing regardless of how inpressive it is :))
