hiatus notice

tbh i’ve lost a lot of muse for Tim, and while I love roleplaying with you people, I don’t have a lot of fun roleplaying Tim. I mean, I’ve always loved Timmy (c’mon who doesn’t and if you say you don’t I know you’re either lying or you wish you were Tim or idk.)

So I decided to roleplay Tim. And then I liked roleplaying and liked the people here and loved roleplaying with them (especially nighngale8 and leadandchilidogs and I only roleplayed with misfittedawesomeness once, my very first time roleplaying on Tumblr, but that was also fun!) But I got bored, because I’m way too much like Tim and it’s hard to roleplay someone like me, especially since I’m using Tumblr roleplaying to get away from real life.

Soooo, that pretty much culminated with me making my Supergirl blog.

So, I’m gonna go on hiatus. I don’t know if it’ll be an indefinite one, probably not. I’m gonna have to put all my threads on hold (I’m only doing two I think?) I’ll find the replies and save them as drafts so I can reply whenever I come back from my hiatus.

Jason was no longer used to people caring about him. Hell, he was no longer used to caring about himself. While he wanted to default to snark and insults just to avoid such a situation, it was harder to put up walls as automatically as he did usually when he was too tired and dehydrated to care.

He did, however, want some answers.

“Tim, after everything I’ve done, why would you not want me dead? Or at least hurt pretty damn bad?” He took his mask off, setting it inside his hood for now until he was ready to leave. “I know if I was in your situation, I’d react very differently.”

None of this made any sense. Was Tim just that much of a goody-two-shoes? Did he feel some obligation as a brother to Jason? Jason expected he’d help him with the bullet wound just out of obligation to save a life but the rest of it? Nah. Not in a million years. Or so he thought, at least.

“Because wanting somebody dead isn’t going to get me anywhere,” Tim replied, resting his elbows on his knees and glancing over at Jason. He’d never wanted him dead, no. That was kinda stupid, and wanting somebody dead really wouldn’t do much for him. “If you were in my situation, you’d leave me to die or something. But I’m not you, you’re not me, and so on.”

Yeah, that was the easiest way to explain why he was helping him out. Because, otherwise, Jason would just pester him for more details or something. The truth was, Tim kinda had an ulterior motive: get Jason Todd to stop hating him. And, maybe, if Jason saw that Tim didn’t hate him...

It wouldn’t work, but it was definitely worth a shot, and he’d rather take chances than ignore the possibility of them being friendly towards each other. Sure, Tim had definitely made it worse in some parts... but he had helped Jason a few times, and that’s what really counted, right?
