Hello all. We are pleased to come to you with a cover reveal featuring absolutely stunning cover art by @arelliann (who also has art inside the zine wink wink) Presales starting soon.

For those who haven't met us yet: These Exquisite Nightmares is a monster-lover zine for adults by adults. It's a little steddie-heavy, but it also features several other ST ships and characters including jargyle, stargyle, buckingham, ronance, and more.

Hello! For artwork pitches, are portait-style compositions the only accepted arrangements or will landscape-style be considered as well?

Ideally people will work in portrait, but if there's a stylistic reason that it just realllllly won't work that way, we'd consider it. We would probably keep it oriented the same direction as the rest of the zine so it would be less than a full page and then we'd play with some options layout-wise to fill the blank space. Alternatively, depending on how many pitches we ultimately get, there might be room for some two-page spreads especially in some of the underfilled sections. You can note the orientation thing in the notes part of the pitch form if you like. <3
