At The Met Fifth Avenue May 5, 2016 – September 5, 2016

Part 3 of 3 sets of photos from Manus × Machina: Fashion in an Age of Technology at the MET by Blair Prentice.

The Metropolitan Museum of Art - Costume Institute’s spring 2016 exhibition, Manus × Machina: Fashion in an Age of Technology, features more than 170 stunning pieces of haute couture from designers such as Alexander McQueen, Iris Van Herpen, Karl Lagerfeld, Coco Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent, Raf Simons, Issey Miyake and many more. Divided into sections that highlight the technique and/or material, the special exhibition highlights the technical accomplishments achieved in hand-made couture pieces and contrasts them pieces that take advantage of new realms of possibility that have opened up with the introduction of new technology such as 3d printing. Visitors revel in the surprising uses of material and texture that beg to be inspected closely.

The exhibition has been extended and run at The MET Fifth Avenue until September 5, 2016.

Yung feeling na wala namang problema. Ok ka naman sa school, sa friends mo sa work. Sa bahay ang fine fine fine fine lang. Masaya lahat ng tao. Inspired.

Kaso sad ka. Sad ako.

Kumain ka naman ng sweets kanina. Pinapataas mo naman serotonin mo by hugging your friends, family members, at kung sino-sino. Pero sad pa din.

Dahil ba single? Dahil ba walang nag i ilove you sayo? Dahil ba lahat ng ex mo masaya. Nagsmile naman ako sa isang stranger. Tumingala sa langit, tumawa at nagsmile ulit. Kaso sad pa din.

Di kaya me tupak na ako? Or sadya lng talaga akong malungkutin.
