Still trying to justify the murder of a teenager? A child? Using all the same fucking excuses every dumbass who has never been in Ma'Khia's shoes has to say. Can't come up with anything new? Shut the fuck up and get some class fucking imbecile.

It is sad, cowardly, and pathetic how all you adults are justifying the shooting of 16 year old Ma'Khia Bryant because she armed herself against four grown ass women who were sent to jump her. Ma'Khia called the cops because she felt unsafe. Ma'Khia armed herself to defend herself. The officer reacted poorly to the situation screaming "get down" getting ready to shoot in which they did. Those are not correct orders. There was no "freeze" or "lower your weapon" no clear instructions. Every officer has a taser and the situation could have been de-esscalated without the need of deadly force.

White mass shooters who have actually managed to kill people are brought in without the use of deadly force and are occasionally rewarded for their crime yet Ma'Khia dies in her driveway with four bullets through the chest. If you say it isn't about race you are either racist or lying to yourself to justify the death of a child. But then again, you see black girls as grown ass women from the point we're out the womb.

I'm not interested in fucking debating about Ma'Khia Bryant's murder. She was a goddamn CHILD. She was afraid for her life and using a knife to defend herself from a group of women who wanted to hurt her. She was so damn afraid that she did the same thing that white kids are taught to do: call the cops.

And they fucking killed her.

This child is dead because she dared to take a damn risk and put trust in the system that calls itself protectors.

sigh. they’re going to use the fact that ma’khia had a knife to justify that officer killing her. first of all there are ways to apprehend someone without shooting them. there are even ways to shoot someone without it being fatal, 4 shots was NOT necessary. and for the people who are like “but she was gonna stab the other girl” PLEASE stop acting like you care, you do not give a fuck about that other black girl. you’re just using her to justify ma’khia’s death and it’s SICK, y’all can literally go to hell. she had a knife bc she was defending herself from being jumped which STILL doesn’t warrant shooting a CHILD 4 fucking times. every time a black person dies at the hands of the police y’all try and vilify the victim and i’m sick of it. this coming just after the news of the jury’s verdict on the derek chauvin trial? never a fucking day off.
