Whilst I'd love to take credit for all of the cooking that happens on our house, I'm actually not even the best chef in the Munch Club HQ. Gaz whipped this up whilst we were at football. A 'green chilli' using pork mince, Greek yogurt dip infused with lemon and olive oil, finished with a parmesan sauce. We wrapped these bad boys up in some warm tortillas and went to town.
