Tex A Med or DryMed is a great German diaper. So extremely babyish looking plus the inner leak guards are designed perfectly and actually work for containment. I couldn’t imagine using in a real medical setting because of how babyish this looks on me. The velcro closure is strong and stays closed even after a few times in the dryer. They are not as absorbent as they look but they look great.
