Though, she was rather wrong about what she thought. He enjoyed the sight quite a lot, he thought it was amazing. For the lack of a better word, though for some reason. When the other talked to him first, it brought a small smile on his face. He really did hate breaking the ice with Xion each time, so since this time it was her. It brought a smile on his face.

"Nah, i haven't seen anything like this. It is pretty cool. Anyways, we can make some room for sightseeing in a bit alright? Let's get our mission done first, then we can stick around for a bit alright?"

With that, the musician turned around and started to look around a bit. They were on a recon mission, though, he much rather write notes about what they are seeing now then some stupid heartless.

Semi-Hitaus update

{Just want to update this, I'm still on semi-hiatus but I'll be doing my replies a lot more frequent then i was before. So instead of doing them at like..every 4 days. I hope to do them every other day. It's just eh, school and some of my emotions are kicking my ass at the moment. Line that up next to stress and starting college in fall doesn't help much either. But immediately Sora realized that was the point of the gang in the first place, and they wouldn’t be considered evil if they weren’t even merciless to each other. They really didn’t have a choice to follow through with the orders that they were given.

"Yeah… you sure are right about that. But…jus’ because Axel is at Yen Sid's Tower with us doesn't mean that the rest of the Nobodies are on our side. From what we know, they're all aligned with Xem… Xehan…that guy. I better not catch ya sneakin’ around or runnin’ off if something bad starts to happen. You can’t abandon your friends, Demyx. That just makes you a coward!”

Sora had never made it a secret as to how impatient and angry a person’s selfishness towards others could be. Cowardice and betrayal was one of the quickest ways to get the hero pissed off. Unless, of course, the offender was one of the children he happened to grow up with. The amount of forgiveness Sora had in his heart for Riku’s transgressions was astounding.

Hearing the thing about being a coward only made a smirk grow on his face. Demyx really did hate fighting in general, it wasn't his thing. It forced him to work, and work caused him to sweat and sweating was a no no for him.

"Well, you see Sora. I'm not much of a fighting, I hate sweating. So, I wouldn't expect staying in a fight for long unless I know I can win rather quickly. Other then that, I don't wish to stay around. I'm more of a recon person you know?"

Though hearing he wasn't the only Nobody that had joined Sora's side sort of made him feel a bit safer in his choice. He wasn't alone at least. And that was something he didn't want to deal with.

"I’m sure you’ll be fine if you stay near the stores." Being near the decals usually helped avoid the Noise, since they couldn’t go inside with the people in the UG. And of course Joshua knew the city well, he watched it grow and become the bustling place it was now.

"I don’t mind showing you around, though. Chances are you’ll get lost on your own anyways," the Composer teased. With that, he gestured for Demyx to follow, and started walking to give him a tour of Shibuya.

This would be a lot faster then the musician to just go running around looking for this heartless he had to find. So, following the God, the male started to look around aimlessly. Sort of taking back by the whole city, the other was right. It was a pretty bi city.

"So, this whole plane of existence thing, why does this place have two of them?" He was interested, though if it was some long boring story, he didn't want to listen to that at all.

Punishment

Aerith really was annoyed that she had to go this far to get him to do anything. It was like trying to reason with a two year old. Like most two year olds, the best way to get them do anything was to take away their favorite toy. In his case that meant the sitar.

She kept a firm grip on the instrument with one hand. With the other she pointed at the open door, "March, there are chores to be done and I’m not going to let you hang around here without giving a hand."

"Y..yeah chores! On it!" He didn't even know what chores he had to do. Though oh boy, was he ready to do all the house chores if that meant to save his poor little sitar.

Though there was one thing that was forever going to stick in his mind. It was going to be that, if she wanted to be, Aerith can be the scarest thing he has faced. Maybe even above the Lighting Witch and X-face.

Never made his own food before? Well that was interesting. Now she wasn’t the best cook. The most she managed were sandwiches and snacks. It was nice seeing him so excited over something. It was a bit sad they had to be on opposite sides of this fight.

“I’m glad you’re so excited about all this. Still, I have to ask. How do you plan on eating that? It’s bigger than your head.”

After hearing her question, he started at the monster sandwich he made and looked at it from every angle. After a while, he just gave a simple shrug and smiled. Yeah, maybe he wasn't the bad guy type, though it was the only life style he knew. So he kept with it.

"I'll figure it out. All I know is that, this things is getting in my stomach one way or another."

"They’ll try to erase you from existence, and chances are you won’t be able to fight them off properly, dear." Joshua said. While Demyx wasn’t a Player, anyone in the UG without a pact or Reaper status usually got attacked.

"Most of the ones similar to small animals tend to only be a problem if there’s multiple, but they should be avoided regardless." He had seen plenty of Players mauled by Dixiefrogs and Decadraven, let alone any of the stronger Noise.

"Erase me from existence? That is something that I don't wish to mess with. Though I do have to do this stupid recon mission anyways. Hopefully I don't run into anything to bad though." Yet, after a few seconds, an idea came to mind.

"Well, since you know this place really well. Why don't you show me around? It might be better for me, and I get out of this place a lot faster than just going around myself."

Punishment

A smile appeared on her face masking her anger. She slowly reached her hand towards one of the tuning knobs on his sitar. Aerith was no where through with him yet. He would either do as told or his sitar would slowly face a worse fate.

“If you don’t want your sitar to become horribly out of tune you’ll stop laying like a lump and do as you’re told.”

When he heard the tuning of the single knob, a huge part of him just died. He couldn't let his poor sitar go through this. Standing up quickly, he placed his hands together and lowered his head.

"P..please! Do anything you wish to me! Just leave my sitar alone!"

She couldn’t help but stare at what he was doing. Even when the water in the kettle started to boil it was hard to look away. It just didn’t seem to end.

“Um…How much are you planning on putting on that? Don’t you think you’re going a little overboard?”

Ham, cheese, tomato slices, even more things. He just kept building, and building. It didn't seem like it was going to end, till she called out to him. Staring at the monster sandwich he had put together. He couldn't help but chuckle.

"A..ah sorry. It's just that, in the castle X-face doesn't let me make my own food. So this is the best day ever."

Punishment

She had quite enough of his laziness. Aerith was patient, but he had finally worn that patients away. Now she stood seething with anger. This was the last straw! Drastic actions would have to be taken.

“I have had quite enough of you! If this is the only way to get your lazy butt up and moving then so be it!”

She snatched away the musicians sitar and held it hostage before him.

When he had his sitar taken away, all he could do was just sit there and stare. He didn't want to do anything, he was defeated in one flawless motion. Reaching his hand out to his beautiful sitar, he soon fell onto the ground.

"Please...no. Anything but this Aerith. I need it, you don't understand. I'll do anything, just..give me back my sitar."

And here lies the defeated man, pleading for the life of his sitar.

The face he was making drew laughter from her. Someone else she knew would get that same look.

”Alright, alright. To be honest I’m not very talented with cooking either. I appreciate your help.”

She moved around the kitchen making sure she had all the necessary items to put the food together. A list was going off in her mind as she worked. For someone who couldn’t cook well she certainly knew her way around the kitchen. As she grabbed a kettle and set it on the stove she turned back towards him. “If you want to start on the sandwiches go ahead. Everything you need is on the counter.”

Hearing what she said, Demyx gave a gentle nod before walking over to the counter.

When he got to the counter, he stared at all the things he could put on the sandwich. It..was a lot more then what X-face normally let him put on his sandwiches back at the castle. This was truly a day from the gods, now he could eat his prefect sandwich.

What ever is was.

"I..I guess I'll get started then. I never really made a sandwich with so much things in it before. So, this much stuff is a first for me. I'll try not to blow it up or something." He meant it as a joke, but, he had his ways to screw things up. With that, he started to make a sandwich, rather slowly to make sure he didn't miss anything.

"Hm, I don’t believe I have. I’ll keep an eye out for them, though." The reports could have been someone mistaking the Noise for the heartless, but Joshua wasn’t going to ignore the possibility of them being there.

"Oh, and if you see any strange looking animals that seem to partially be grafitti, or any floating symbols, I would suggest avoiding them." Noise could cause a lot of trouble for people in the UG, and there was no point in letting a visitor be unaware of the danger.

"Why should I avoid them?" If the threat was big enough, he would make sure to turn around and high tail it out of there he ever saw one. Though really, he had no reason to high tail it out of a fight with something that wasn't human.

He had been close enough to recording giant heartless that could easily break him in half, without much fear behind him, so maybe he wouldn't high tail it out of there. Still it depends on how bad it is.

Sora’s eyes turned up into the top right corner of his sockets as he thought over Demyx’s words. Normally the man would be right, considering every Nobody he and his friends had come into contact with had tried to kill them. Even if they weren’t so unkind to him now, past events couldn’t be erased from having happened in time. And yet, everybody had come to terms with Axel being a good guy easily enough while he’d been in deep slumber for his Mark of Mastery exam. The tall, redheaded guy had jumped to Sora’s rescue even before turning up for lessons on summoning his own keyblade.

Even if you were aligned with the side of evil, the young wielder had never given up his faith in people that they could change for the better. He’d never questioned whether Riku was truly good or not when he was apprenticed beneath Maleficent. His heart was open, accepting, filled with tiny, invisible hands that reached out to every person who came into his life.

On the other hand, the melodious nocturne had never proven to the King, Donald, Goofy, or any of the others that his kindness wasn’t some kind of sham. Axel’s heroic acts had always been done to protect the lives of someone good. Demyx hadn’t done a thing except give Sora’s word that he was curious to see what it was really like to be on the good team. His friends were sure to be suspicious of his intentions.

"They don’t have to be happy about it," He finally said, shifting his gaze back to the man in a mullet. "They just gotta trust that I know what I’m doing. I wouldn’t ask ya to come back to Yen Sid’s Castle with me if I really thought you were gonna do something bad. Give ‘em a little time, and they’ll get used to you. As long as you aren’t putting anyone in danger they prob’ly have anything bad to say, either."

"Well, I have no reason to be a bad guy right? The Organization is really around anymore, and I only stayed along cause it was something I was used to. Plus it was just missions really, I gotta do them or I'll get my head cut off." The musician gave a gentle shrug before slipping his hands into the cloak's pockets.

Closing his eyes, he started to think to himself. If he was still alive, how many of the others were still alive? Would he even want to see them? Yeah..maybe a few of them, less then a handful that's for sure. Though, he felt like he could live without them, just as long as there was a new crowd to follow.

Yeah, of course he would miss them, though the chance of all of them was fairly small, even him coming back was a small chance also. So he wasn't going to stay to long on it, hopefully, he does meet other members after a while.

Though for now, just one new crowd was good enough for him.

Demyx didn't really care to keep his mission a secret. The other knew he didn't belong in this world so quickly, so what was the point of keeping his reason hidden?

The person in front of her seemed guarded because of her appearance here. She smiled slightly and shook her head. She was no threat to other people. When he spoke up again she chuckled softly. "I can protect myself quite well young man." it was a miracle though that the darkness hadn’t affected her at all even if she hadn’t had her armor on.
