I may have shared my stories about having mental illnesses with others, but I had never accepted them until now. I had never faced my issues head-on until now. I had never reached out for help, or tried to recover until now. I have anxiety disorder, as many, many others do. But I also have panic disorder - and that is what makes me suffer the most. I have been suffering inside for far too long. But I met a man who made me want to be a better version of myself. Seeking out help and taking action has been one of the most difficult, but most rewarding processes I have gone through.
