On top is a 1984 Nissan 4x4 720, 2.4 liter 4 cyl 5 speed from Georgia, and below is its long lost litter-mate that I posted awhile back. Imagine these two meeting up and tearing off into the woods together like a pair of city dogs on a no-leash country vacation.

theres a lot of great strangeness going on here with this ‘87 Toyota shortbed. An elaborate three layer rack made of wood and thick metal piping, including a toolbox raised above the rear window, a rack floating over the cab, and a bed wall shwoing that some loser thought about painting over those sweet lines and going matte black. I got excited by he first picture because I thought it was a Westfalia converted into a long flatbed. Soon realized this is an earlier Isuzu NPR (also ELF) than I had ever seen before. 1985.5-6 GMC Forward 4 cyl 3.9 l turbodiesel. Being advertised as an 89 but the grill is wrong. Couldn’t find much info on this model, except that it is the extra wide model only sold in America, I guess for our extra wide vehicles. It is a flat bed tow truck, so the bed angles to a ramp to drag the vehicle up tracks by a motorized pulley. It is a “tilt cab” design, which means you access the engine by leaning the entire cab forward on hinges. Also available in four door in some markets. I wonder if there is a market for the towing apparatus, because (as usual) I see it and all I can think is house truck. Tennessee
85 modified Toyota. I am gonna guess it is the front portion of a fiberglass tall cap attached to the sidewalls of the old bed walls. Very impressive, though the frame is made to flex a bit between the bed and cab, isnt it? sorry I dont have full pic or interior. Houston Tx
