Hi everyone. Here is this month's update! With a quarter of the year already behind us and the new school year about to start, how are you all doing with your New Year's resolutions? I've already forgotten what my goals even were, but I'm just glad I could get this month's update out to you. Also, as I sometimes mention in the release notes, if you have any bug reports or feature requests, you can reach out via the review comments or the in-app feedback page. Please feel free to get in touch if anything at all is on your mind, no matter how small! Now, in this update, we've made the following improvements and fixes:

Fixed screen flickering in grid view

Added OGP previews to link posts

Fixed a bug on the search screen (sorry about that)

Login Fix: We fixed a bug where login status would act up after an update. Performance Improvements: We've addressed an issue where the app would get sluggish during use.

It seems some users are getting stuck on the loading screen after launching the app. We're currently investigating the cause. We apologize for the trouble and ask for your patience.

Introduction tmdroid is committed to complying with Google Play’s new “Child Safety Policy” (details here) and operating our apps with user safety as the highest priority. This document outlines the measures we have implemented.

Efforts to Ensure Safety When releasing features for child-directed apps, we develop and operate them in accordance with Google Play’s new policy, paying attention to the following points:

a. Properly Setting the App’s Target Age For any new app features that are considered either “child-directed” or “appropriate for all age groups,” we accurately configure the “Target Audience and Content” section in Google Play Console to avoid any misunderstanding.

b. Appropriate Design and Content for Child-Directed Apps In apps that may be used by children, we conduct reviews to ensure that no inappropriate content is included.

c. Compliance Regarding Advertising and Data Collection We minimize the collection of personal information through our apps and implement appropriate privacy protection measures. When releasing features directed at children, we establish a policy of not collecting sensitive data such as GPS location, contacts, or phone numbers.

Specific Measures

a. Optimizing App Store Descriptions We carefully craft app descriptions and screenshots to prevent any misunderstanding about whether the app is intended for children.

b. Regular Checks Throughout the Development Process To prevent policy violations, we conduct periodic checks from the development stage through post-release.
