I'm doing and artist research page and would like to know some basic facts-thanks (I'm really interested in your post called shy so I'd appreciate if you could say about that)

Hello! I haven’t been on Tumblr since a few weeks so sorry if I’m answering too late. :-(  I am flattered that you take interest in what I do. You can find some basic facts about me in my FAQ page.The « Shy » illustration represents someone who has a lot to offer but who suffers from insecurity/anxiety, which leads the person to hide from others. It appeared in Brigitte Magazine last year. Mental health has always been an underlying theme in my drawings. In some of my illustrations like «uprooted» and «soulless», I try to represent the feeling of derealization, which is a dissociation disorder.

Thank you for the compliment! I draw with a black pilot and then I scan my drawings. But I was thinking about it today and I finally convinced myself to buy a graphic tablet.

are u ok with people getting tattoos of your work? i have never seen something as beautiful as 'shy' and i've fallen in love with it, and all of your other work. obviously i would credit you if u were okay with it, and if possible i would offer some money too.

Hey, thank you for the compliment! I’m very flattered that people want to get my art as a tattoo and I used to be okay with this. but since I make no money from my art (i don’t sell prints), I started to ask for donations. Tattoo artists get paid a lot of money to design tattoos so I think it’s fair to ask for a little bit of money… Obviously I can’t stop you from getting my art tattooed for free, but if you want to support me, you can send 40-50$ to [email protected] via paypal or via your bank’s app :-)
