Queen Snaketail Lapis Lazuli

A Blue Diamond Snaketail Gem whose current residence is an unknown planet home to Snaketail Gems. She is seen as their leader and overseer though she doesn’t truly reign over them and allows them to live as they wish. Her coloring often gets her mistaken for a Snaketail Lapis Lazuli which is a disguise she freely uses to hide what she really is and why her name doesn’t mention her being a Diamond. Her large tail rattle alerts others of her presence as she slithers across the vast forested landscape.

Rumors abound that she is the sweetheart of a Peridot who once crash landed on her home planet but those are just whispers as no one has ever seen such a Gem close to her. Queen Snaketail does not deny or confirm these accusations but she smiles when asked about it. Perhaps the Peridot is simply just not easy to spot in the many overgrown paths of the planet!

White Diamond Gemtaur Eclipse

A primordial gemtaur who radiates an ominous light in the darkness and can control other Gems who get struck by her aura. Those affected by it lose their colors and become monochrome.

Her counterpart, Black Diamond Gemtaur Vortex, has been missing ever since she sealed him away with a crystal that’s been lost somewhere on Earth. Many beings have managed to obtain her essence for nefarious purposes but the only Gemtaur that seems linked to her directly is Grey Diamond Gemtaur Galaxy.

Eclipse draws her powers from the moon, but very few have witnessed what she’s capable of.

Pira

(Blue Pearl)

A Pearl with blue fire wings and the sentry/scout of the sky island. Due to an accident long ago she is missing her feet and hides her legs using the ‘tail’ that is her dress. Her wings burn brightly and extend from the gem located at the back of her neck. In honesty, it’s just a very flammable gas that burns blue once sparks from her gem ignites it to form her wings. These wings allow for flight. The air around her is quite warm and her wings can burn things that are too close. She is one third of a feared fusion: Albite.

Pira belongs to Agna Aura Diamond but also serves Orange Diamond. She is the sister of Glace as they are from the same area of formation but they’ve only met once long ago. Capable of complex maneuvering in the air and looks like she’s swimming too.

Orange Diamond

Much like Agna Aura Diamond, little is known about Orange. She is not one of the original Diamonds who resided at the long abandoned sky island; She invaded it out of boredom and has remained there close to where Agna Diamond is. She is one third of a feared fusion: Albite. She is the original owner of Glace and the original overseer of the Imperial Topaz gems and she wanted all defects shattered on sight.

Orange isn’t perfect either; The peculiar lightning bolt pattern within her gemstone is a clue her creation wasn’t intended to ever happen and it was nature itself that led to her existence. Her origins was an area used to dispose of gem shards left out in the open where frequent lightning storms formed. An extremely powerful storm once blew over and an intense lightning storm merged the shards into a diamond cluster which eventually became Orange Diamond.

Orange is much shorter than a common Diamond. She doesn’t seem to have any elemental powers.

Agna Aura Diamond

(Blue Diamond)

A mysterious Diamond who resides at the long abandoned sky island alongside Orange Diamond. Makes up one third of a feared fusion: Albite

Little is known about Agna Diamond; She was part of a trio where two of them have unknown whereabouts. Red Diamond and Purple Diamond was her ‘sisters’ that made the trio before they all got into a fight and separated. She was the tallest of the three. She seems to have been based around the artificial terraformers but seems to lack any noticeable elemental powers..For now.

Agna Diamond once saw over Aggy back when she was an executioner but now sees over the island itself. She is the tallest Gem to be found there as Orange Diamond is much shorter. Her Pearl is Pira, a flame-winged Blue Pearl who acts as a sentry by patrolling the sky island daily but she once had another one that has been missing for a while.

She once served a mysterious Whiteish Diamond though that one hasn’t been seen in quite a while and likely has been poofed and bubbled somewhere leaving the underling by herself.

Glace

(Orange Pearl)

A Pearl who can summon ice wings but currently can’t fly. But one time, in the distant past, she guided a defective topaz to a sky island to ensure she wouldn’t get shattered by Orange Diamond. Afterwards she flew back off it, and was struck by falling debris. She landed on the ground under rubble and poofed.

When she reformed she had lost both her eyesight and flight. She can still summon her wings of ice but just uses it as a frosted weapon to freeze the air. She has climbed back up to the sky island long after it was abandoned to see if the topaz has remained safe. Orange Diamond hasn’t cared to notice her Pearl is there.

Saphire-exe

One of the first outsiders to access the communications of the long abandoned Sky Island and the first to broadcast its happenings via her technological skills once she hacked into the database. She stands at about 7ft tall from head to tail and can easily climb up even the most rugged terrain. She’s not much of a fighter and also stays out of sight as she is usually hidden away within machinery.

Saphire is something of a permafuse; She’s composed of a robotic centipede and a blind Sapphire. She can see everything and anything; And speak from everywhere and anywhere there’s a speaker. Think of her as someone who can see through a fourth wall and can answer things via an inbox.

She holds a powerful destabilizing current at the tip of her tail stinger, but rarely uses it.

Topy/Topaz

(Imperial Topaz, T20X)

A very hyper orange Gem who once had a dress until an angered Aggy poofed her one day.

Topaz (Or Topy depending on who you ask) is a small yet skilled fighter; She may be defective due to her smoother gemstone but this doesn’t hinder her swift movements in combat. Despite this, Topaz is not a fighter herself and prefers to try and befriend those who may seem like a dangerous threat. Seemingly has immunity to being corrupted but she’s not sure why and uses this to her advantage when trying to calm down angry corrupted Gems.

Topaz met Agna not too long after escaping her Diamonds HQ with help from an ice winged Orange Pearl. She was guided to the terror by a strangely fancy corrupted Gem who seems to have vanished. A fancy cat who she once met long ago in her younger years when she almost fell into a chasm. She’s sure they fell into it saving her though.

Jokingly called “Hyper orange child” by Aggy because she’s just so full of boundless energy and doesn’t stay still in one place for long. Rest assured Topaz is not a child she’s just shorter than others.

Her classification as T20X labels her as a defect; She’s ordered to be shattered on sight if the other Imperial Topaz’s find her.

Aggy (Agna Aura; Corrupt form v2)

While classified as a full corruption, Aggy remains capable of speech and can still freely shapeshift. Presumably being formed naturally corrupt has limited the effects it has though her disguises can fail if she gets too upset.

Quite tall in this form and can easily crush Gems in her grasp. Climbing isn’t too difficult, and her elemental terraforming abilities are to be feared in this size. She can also levitate freely if she’s too lazy to climb. Boulders are mere pebbles to her. The strength she has makes challenging her in combat extremely difficult and not advised.

Aggy (Agna Aura ; Corrupted form V1)

In the past she was often called the “Four armed terror” as she used this form to shatter Gems with ease. Thankfully now this form is only used around those she can trust. Relics of her past still haunt her; She has fangs made of gem shards that glisten whenever she opens her mouth to speak.

Has the same powers as her disguised form; But has much more significant strength in this appearance.

Despite being corrupted, she can talk quite well and her corruption doesn’t seem to spread to those she fuses to. It’s likely her corruption is due to her gem being broken off another and technically incomplete.

Aggy (Agna Aura; Shapeshifted disguise)

A Gem broken off another, Agna Aura (Often just called Aggy), is rather quiet and rarely speaks. Her extra arms can be hidden as well, but often show when a task requires physical effort that two arms won’t work well for such as lifting heaving machinery or destroying obstacles. It’s easy to underestimate just how strong and powerful she really is; She doesn’t show it too often. She can also levitate freely, though only to access high platforms that she doesn’t feel like climbing up onto.

Aggy is a rather unusual Gem; She possesses a range of elemental terraforming capabilities and powers but doesn’t use them very often. She can summon electric currents, weave the water waves, bend one’s light at will, break the earth with a flick of her wrists, or even breathe intense flames with her eyes glowing ominously. These elemental strengths are only a hint of the true potential she keeps loosely controlled in her disguised form.

Aggy is actually a corrupted Gem, but has not lost her speech nor lost control of her form. Her disguised form is just her attempt to blend in normally. But it may glitch out and distort if she’s too stressed out and reveal what she really is.

Her past was an executioner; Shattering Gems who dared to rebel against their Diamond when she resided within a dimly lit arena. Her teeth, while rarely seen in disguise, are made of gem shards. She only lost this job when someone defeated her; An accident that still seems to anger her when she remembers. But the one who defeated her has spent the years since being her closest friend who doesn’t care about what she’s done. And calming her down before she can be too destructive.

Pink Agate

Standing only at 3’9”, Pink Agate is a small Gem who does not possess much physical strength. She is a healer, but her healing powers come from the glitter that makes up her weapon of choice. She does not have a real weapon otherwise. Prefers to keep her eyes covered.

She is one of the Agatekeepers.

Dark Brown Diamond

A mysterious Diamond who created Tan Diamond but was gone by the time her creation emerged on a planet she once reigned over. It’s unknown where she currently resides but assumptions are she has returned to a planet where a small population of Avian Gems have remained waiting the return of their Diamond.

Avian Gems, the Gem ‘species’ that Dark Brown is, are Gems who possess bird traits naturally and are not corrupt. They often have wings with working hands or talons for feet giving them advantage when it comes to combat that requires flight. Diamonds tend to have massive wings on their back but smaller wings on their hands and may occasionally have a feathery tail too. While Avian Gems occur naturally at certain planets, there are whispers that there was a machine on Tans planet that can turn Gems into Avian Gems and is what happened to Tan and her Pearl. The machine likely is hidden away now.

Dark Brown Diamond, wherever she currently resides, is considered to be nothing like Tan. She was known to be quite stern and fierce with little kindness to be seen though her personal Pearl is unknown and the Pearl she had last was known as Dark Brownbird Pearl; Formerly Dark Brown Pearl but then transformed through many terrible experiments that turned her into an Avian Gem and then into a Six-Wing Power Pearl that wasn’t a fusion. Unfortunately Dark Brownbird was hidden from records so it’s unknown if she remains with Dark Brown. Dark Brown likely would be enraged to see Tan is nice.

Dark Brown Diamonds base is also unknown because her home planet is a mystery too. She likely had a court of Avian Gems who obeyed her and knew she was temperamental at times.

Purplebird Pearl

A forced fusion created by Tan Diamond who is eventually freed by accident when the bubbles containing her gems are popped and she then escapes the base to dwell in the Wilds where she remains as a near constant hazard to those who stumble into the region she deems her territory.

Purplebird is a rather massive fusion! She is just a bit smaller than Tan Diamond and as a result should be easy to spot from a distance. Her large wings are often folded tightly against her back but she can spread them open to look much more intimidating and cast a shadow over those who happen to be too close. A shade that fills the air with ominous static and a feeling of dread until it’s disappeared and the shade has shifted away.

Her greatest strength is her sheer control over electricity. With three gems making up her form, she contains a rather impressive electrical charge which can poof multiple gems at once if she spreads her wings fully and uses a hand to direct an electrical current. She could power machinery for centuries! But she has no intention to be useful as she is fueled by anger to her creator and a burning fury towards her existence in the universe. She has always asked herself one question: Why was she created?

Was she a weapon? A test of the limits a Power Pearl could have? An attempt at a perfect power source for machinery? So many questions, and yet so few answers. Purplebird lives a life full of anger. Destructive. Unstable. Three beings who cannot separate and remain as one still. And full of immeasurable power that rivals a Diamond.

She has no plans to return to the base. It is presumed the other forced fusions have since fallen leaving her the only one remaining to show proof of what Tan Diamond once did. The one who has left her Diamond missing an arm. The creation she hates, but also feels regretful for. She didn’t want Purplebird Pearl to act like she eventually does. In the beginning,the fusion was simply curious but now she’s just perpetually angry.

Tan Diamond

An avian Diamond whose planet is somewhat left to nature and as a result is home to Wild Power Pearls. Otherwise she is seen as the head bird of the bird pearls, and at one time used machines to mass produce them but has since stopped meaning most found now are those who escaped from her planet or was created by the Diamond who once ruled the planet long before she did. The strange thing is that Tan Diamond wasn’t always a bird, and the incident that turned her part bird did the same to her Pearl who was once Tan Pearl but is now Yellowbird Pearl.

Tan Diamond is a relatively young Diamond, and as a result is quite friendly since she has generally kept to herself and doesn’t leave all that often. One time she left for many long years, perhaps to clear up some issues Homeworld was having with taking care of Power Pearls. Whatever it was, she never really explained it when she did come back.

She lost one of her hands to a forced fusion that was one of the first Six-Winged Power Pearls. This fusion, known only as Purplebird Pearl, was so unstable they unleashed a powerful electrical attack upon Tan Diamond. She reformed missing a hand several months later and seemed remorseful about the fusion. They haven’t been seen since after she poofed them and bubbled the gems. She hid them away in her base out of shame and never made any further Six-Wings meaning only a few likely remain out there. Rumors speak of an Eight-Wing made by another Diamond that escaped and created The Wilds with all of their energy and was never seen again.

Tan Diamond was a creation of Dark Brown Diamond, who intended her to be a strict and stern Dismond. But by the time Tan emerged her creator was no longer on the planet so she failed to be as strict and scary as the former. Tan has never met Dark Brown, but she could still be out there on her own planet. If she was to return, she may not be happy to see her creation is friendly and caring. Dark Brown Diamond is said to have once had a Six-Winged Power Pearl that wasn’t a fusion but rather an experimental Gem that was intended to be a weapon but was classified as a failure and erased from records never to been seen again…For now.

Yellowbird Pearl

One of Tan Diamonds loyal pearls that was turned into a Powerpearl by an accident long ago. She was formerly Tan Pearl but after the incident she simply became known as Yellowbird Pearl.

Among the oldest of the Powerpearls, she is a skilled flyer who can specialize in powerful electric currents surging through her wings to unleash lighting fast strikes from her talons if she’s ever needed in combat. Most of the time though, she is content just staying near her Diamonds side and following her around the base. She is among one of the first Gems that will greet visitors and give them a tour if necessary.

Naturally, she holds a charge of electricity in her gem and can shoot currents from her body to power up electrical devices on a whim. Doing so drains her though, and she’ll lose her colors until she’s recharged. But thanks to her natural electric affinity, electrical based attacks are useless against her since she can absorb the energy and unleash it back much stronger or charge her gem back up if she’s low on power.

She can chirp just like a bird, but only does so to amuse her friends.
