These people are so pretentious and completely incorrect about nutrition, yet so confident about the 'facts' they learn from tiktok. I've been vegan for over a year and feel better than I ever have in my life. But I'm not going to be a mook about it. Am I telling people to eat an entire stick of butter before bed to 'cure' their gout? No.

My pms went away. My cramps went away. My blood tests are better than they've been in over a decade. And I'm not risking death from e-coli with raw milk. What the fuck is happening??

I love how in Golden Girls during the Accurate Conception episode, Dorothy talks about how she was unconscious when she conceived her first child and Stan "must have slipped" her something. And the audience laughs. How the fuck is that funny?

i swear intermittent fasting is the easiest and most fun way to lose weight. I was assigned 16/8 but I'm doing better on 18/6, and all I need to do is drink water when I'm hungry. I also haven't been waking up in the middle of the night, I get a full night's sleep. I have more energy, and less depressive episodes. And, of course, steadily losing weight. That combined with going whole foods vegan I'm feeling incredible.

It's not for everyone but it's been great for me 😊
