I will suggest for the rules to actually have things that are/aren't okay to ask. while we obviously shouldn't be sending NSFW asks to a Minor's blog, "suggestive" asks are subjective from person to person. To one person, suggestive could be "smirk and wink" and to another, suggestive is borderline/cropped NSFW or generally uncomfortable for a minor to have to read + post.

Same goes for NSFW, especially sexual nsfw (in the context of toyhouse drama) to one person could mean a dick joke and to another mean full on ultra-explicit content.

Obviously, there's a fine line to draw here when it comes to sending an ask to a minors blog but I do think it'd be a good idea to be more clear & much less vague to prevent any uncomfortable asks. If I didn't know this was a minors blog, I wouldn't have the reasonable line to draw here personally because of the vague phrasing /gen

Takes two to tango, that ask feels very putting the blame on the mod when its more the fault of people who are sending in the asks which is a bigger issue if the people sending it are adults.

The responsibility always falls on those sending it, this blog is just posting what they get sent but might be a good idea to discourage explicit asks or mature locked stuff? Just so people dont try to take advantage of you not being able to check anything mature locked that they talk about which could cause issues if they are straight up using you to lie about people

I mean, you can still always stop at any time if you wish to, don't be afraid to take a break or even put a complete stop to it if yuo need to, your mental health is important and dealing with constant drama especially as a minor is not fun

Someone finished an icon for a character art payment but still owed a ref sheet - They would ghost me when I asked for updates and eventually I just took the character off hold & privated them. After several more weeks of silence, the person finally messaged me asking about the character & saying that they were still working on the payment, but did not show proof of so. I explained to them that I wanted to cancel the offer due to the lack of communication & would reimburse them for the icon - Though since late February till now I have been busy with IRL + have not been able work since a few days ago. The person messaged me today asking for when I have the chance, to talk about payment reimbursement but what irked me is they said “it’s been over a month” as if I didn’t feel the same exact way when asking for updates. I’m being a hardass & will reimbursement them with USD once I get my paycheck, but man the situation irritates me every time I think about it & don’t want to interact with them until I’m ready to send the money over

I do also want to add: While working on my payments, they were constantly doing commissions/advertising on their socials The TAT for those were like 1-2 weeks while I was already waiting 4+ my owed art

i really hate when people complain about getting blocked or ask if they have a psa on them because they got blocked by a lot of people and when you check their profile its eyebleeding color profiles with gifs and no warning about that, long ass dni or they are just really mean and rude.

Like it should be obvious why you get blocked by so many people, its: for unwarned gifs, eyebleeding colors on your profile with no warnings, your dni or you attitude

Technically the definition of zoophilia is attraction to non-humans so being attracted to aliens would also be considered zoophilia by definition.

Anyways, regardless of that, toyhou dot se users don't know the difference between zoophilia and beastiality. Beastiality is the IRL act of abusing an animal sexually, because animals cannot consent and it hurts them. (Not because it's gross, because it's abuse). beastiality is illegal in most countries.

Zoophilia is the [sexual] attraction to non-humans. To be attracted to something under this definition is not illegal, acting on it is. So even hypothetically if someone were genuinely interested in, say, dogs; that doesn't mean they've ever touched a dog sexually, or even considered doing so. In fact, it can disgust them to consider. Legally you can't get in trouble for just being a zoophile, you need to act of abuse to be arrested (which is beastiality).

Anyways, I don't wish to argue whether it's gross or not. It's obviously gross and icky, but I'm just saying what the *law* says. (At least in the US, where toyhouse is based)

This has made me to figure out how to get admin to always take down or private them quickly. Just take the image of the cbc and open the image in background, take the link of the cbc image is put them side by side of what its based on in your report so both images show up. Doing this means admin will see the similarities more than the differences when comparing since they are side by side and make it undeniable when its just a ripoff
