Hello everyone! As usual, our next round of acceptances will be FRIDAY, AUGUST 11, 12 AM EST. 

Additionally, I have some things to go over in a rather long post, so I’ll put it under a read more. TL;DR: looking for coadmins, activity on the main will slow down, and new plots will be coming out soon! 

As you may know, the roleplay started off with two admins. Unfortunately, one of them had to bow out early because of conflicts in real life, leaving me as the sole admin. I thought I could keep up with the main by myself, but I’ve realized that it’s causing me some stress. I definitely don’t want to close the roleplay down, so I’ve decided the best way to keep myself sane and keep the roleplay going is to ask for new COADMINS. Responsibilities of the coadmin(s) will include PLOTTING and ORGANIZING EVENTS. Other responsibilities may include writing skeletons, writing admin posts, queuing promos, and making graphics. These responsibilities can be divided up among ourselves as we see fit. I will look for at most TWO coadmins. If you are interested, please message the main and we can talk privately! I will be accepting coadmins FRIDAY, AUGUST 25, 12 AM EST.

In lieu of this, activity on the main will be a little slow as I search for coadmins, but rest assured that I have the next phase of the roleplay figured out already! I’ve been speaking to a couple of members about this change and have a couple of new skeletons in mind, along with a list of potential faceclaims. 

I’m determined to keep this roleplay going -- if not for myself, then for my great members! Please excuse the slowness for now as things are figured out. I appreciate all the patience so far!

Additionally, I’m excited to announce that we will begin releasing a second batch of characters! This will be nothing close to the size as our original batch, but there will be some fresh faces in London and some new plots going on, so please stay tuned for that! Those will be coming sometime in August, and with any luck skeletons will be going out in a couple of weeks!

The way you have taken the time to interweave the connections between characters is great. Question, though: When writing a bio for application, if significant connections are taken and we'd like to throw in some details about how our character became involved with them & got into the line of work would it be preferable to contact the mun of the connected character first to get the ok? Would that make any difference in acceptance or would we have an opportunity to revise later if needed?

If you’re comfortable reaching out to the muns of the character, I think they would all be happy and excited to talk about their characters and connections a bit more! However, if you’re not, you’re welcome to put your headcanons in the application and revise later if needed. It wouldn’t make a huge different in acceptances unless the details are somehow very, very significant.

Regarding the activity level: Understood, thank you. What if we could reply more often but maybe not on all open threads? For example: it's a Monday & we have three replies to do. We don't have time to do all three that day, we do the two that are shortest and save the longer one for Wednesday or Thursday. Would that sort of activity be reasonable (as long as we're not always giving priority to the same partners)?

Yes, that’s fine. The minimum requirement is some form of activity every five days, which constitutes as something like a self-para/drabble or a reply to a thread.

I really want to apply for this group, I think it looks amazing, but I'm worried about activity level. I do completely understand the importance of high activity for a group. Would you possibly be willing to accommodate someone who can typically do thread replies once a week (every 7 days)?

Hello! We're so happy to hear that you're interested in the group. However, we feel that a week is somewhat too long to expect someone to reply to a thread. Understand that the five day limit we set is the minimum; ideally, members are active even more than that, although we understand life gets in the way sometimes. However, a full week seems, for us, too slow to keep pace with other threads going on. Additionally, you would likely not be able to participate in any events if you replied only once a week.
