Greed is destroying America
Both incredibly heroic figures
Republicans firmly believe, it's not what you know, but who you know.
When you hate women and non-white people so much you can't quit a traitor. #MAGA
Tax his land,
Tax his bed,
Tax the table,
At which heâs fed.
Tax his tractor,
Tax his mule,
Teach him taxes
Are the rule.
Tax his work,
Tax his pay,
He works for
peanuts anyway!
Tax his cow,
Tax his goat,
Tax his pants,
Tax his coat.
Tax his ties,
Tax his shirt,
Tax his work,
Tax his dirt.
Tax his tobacco,
Tax his drink,
Tax him if he
Tries to think.
Tax his cigars,
Tax his beers,
If he cries
Tax his tears.
Tax his car,
Tax his gas,
Find other ways
To tax his ass.
Tax all he has
Then let him know
That you wonât be done
Till he has no dough.
When he screams and hollers;
Then tax him some more,
Tax him till
Heâs good and sore.
Then tax his coffin,
Tax his grave,
Tax the sod in
Which heâs laidâŠ
Put these words
Upon his tomb,
âTaxes drove me
to my doomâŠâ
When heâs gone,
Do not relax,
Its time to apply
The inheritance tax.

STILL THINK THIS IS FUNNY?
Not one of these taxes existed 100 years ago, & our nation was the most prosperous in the world. We had absolutely no national debt, had the largest middle class in the world, and Mom stayed home to raise the kids.
What in the heck happened? Can you spell âpoliticians?â

sometimes the thoughts alone are so painful itâs all I can do to bear it
Never was
Windows, never quite there;
glimpses, painful and rare;
stinging, sharp yet sweet;
freezing; yet unbearable heat.

Winter
Winter
 The snow hasnât quite fallen,
but the ground and the fauna has hardened
cracks appear and tiredness has taken its toll
One too many winters have been and gone,
And now come to stay.
But the winter, wasnât always here;
It remembers the spring and the summer
It remembers the young fresh feelings
the warmth and ease.
It longs for the return or spring
Even with its weathered cracks,
its faded leaves, its snow capped peaks,
Itâs wilting branches and air of defeat.
No, it remembers, it waits and it longs.
There have been times when the spring has come early
times when the two have met, have overlapped
one on top of the other.
The coldness and isolation was eased then,
It Was warmer then, the winter was reminded what it once was.
What still lay within, desperate and lonely.
Yet these natural yet unnatural alliances never last and rarely occur;
They are fleeting, invigorating and yet damaging to their environment.
Taking their toll as the youthful fresh warmth, rapid in its change;
erodes the tired winters limited life, whilst it tries in vain to cling to that which was;
that which has passed and can no longer be.
Like a strong wind it lifts the weight briefly and passes
The weight once again returns if not heavier,
the air is thicker, the earth harder and yet more broken.
Yet, despite this it longs and as decay beckons, it longs, it always longs.
