Thank you, Taylor, for making my dream of almost 14 years come true. You took the time to stop for me in The Gulch and you didn’t have to do so. I realize just how lucky, fortunate, and blessed I am and I won’t ever take it for granted.

I have an even greater amount of respect for you after having seen up close what you go through meeting fans at an unscheduled public appearance. You are brave and oh so kind and gracious to take the time you do with fans, especially in the midst of mobs of people pushing and shoving and grabbing for their one possible chance to say hello. I observed you never showing any amount of stress, no signs of losing patience, always kind, and going out of your way to take the best possible photo with every single fan you could get to.

Your kindness, grace, and class are unparalleled in the music business, and most especially with you having become the biggest pop artist in the world. Times change, the business side of things change, tour themes change, costumes and hairstyles change, musical styles change (or evolve), and many other things and circumstances change, and yet your heart for the fans remains unchanged. You are a rarity in this business. I could never thank you enough for that. It was a true honor to witness it in person.
