Smoothie Recipe

Here are the ingredients to my favorite smoothie:

. Strawberries ( frozen or fresh)

.Bananas ( frozen or fresh)

.Mangos ( frozen or fresh)

.Raspberries (frozen or fresh)

.Spinach (frozen or fresh)

.Ice ( optional )

. V.8 splash, milk, or pomegranate juice.

You don’t have to add all of this in your smoothie if you would like you can take out anything, and you can occasionally ice cream too, YUM!
