Okay you guys, you've been asking for it non-stop so here it finally is: a It's Deathly Eyes update! I am half-way finished with the chapter! It is going pretty quick luckily, so I plan to be finished with it by the following week. So for now, please stop asking for an update! I promise it's almost here.
hii i just wanted to say i loved the new “he is eight” chapter, probably one of my favorite chapters so far. the hug at the end augggghh, you captured it so well, especially the dread and resignation kendall feels. i haven’t stopped thinking about the chapter since i finished it. and your author's note has me soooo excited and nervous for the next chapter. i really can’t wait! i also wanted you to know that your fic is the reason i decided to pick the show back up and actually finish it. it’s really that good. i can’t believe i stopped after season two. also maybe i’m reading too much into it, but i always felt like you could read csa into kendall and logan’s relationship, so finding your fic back when i did was like striking gold. you explore the idea so well with so much care, depth and emotional complexity. god, it hurts!!!

WOW!!!! this means... the world to me! that I helped you restart the show. succession is so dear to my heart and my life for so many reasons personal and fan related so I'm soooo glad that my fic made you want to go back and finish it!! that's all a fan could ask for!
and yeah, the whole reason I started writing 'he is eight' was because of the subtext I read from Kendall and Logan's relationship, especially around season 2, and it was like it POSESSED me with the drive to write it all out. so here I am, nearly six years later still writing it fishsjd
but yes, I LOVE LOVE LOVE asks so please never be afraid of sending one! I'm terrible at responding to comments on the actual fic (I feel so guilty about that but I WILL be answering them all once I finish. I just get stressed by the overload) so if you ever have a question or anything asks are a surefire way to get a response.

Hi there! At the moment, I'm currently finishing up the next He is Eight chapter, so once I'm done with that I can work on dealthy eyes. Obviously I can't predict exactly when it'll come out, but since we've finally found an apartment and moved in, I'll have a lot more free time on my hands to finish it so let's sayyy - maybe 2 weeks to a month on the max side?
Sorry if that's long! Things have been crazy with the move and I haven't been able to write anything, but thankfully that's all done now.

sad that im writing these canon era chapters of 'he is eight' without my script books. it was one of my favorite gifts ever and i had ALL FOUR BOOKS on my desk in such a pretty little arrangement. and i didn't even need them before!! and now that i do, they're all in storage until we can get it shipped over from the US, and who KNOWS when that will be... sob
decided to take the part out about my own 'experiences' at the beginning of 'he is eight' bc now i feel weird when ppl i know read it.... like uhh they dont need to know all that!!! so if you see it missing.. thats why
