There’s Bar None, I think they have karaoke nights. And I enjoy basketball, but I don’t know if we have official nights for them. Have you tried the Chamber of Commerce? Sometimes they have signs on the bulletin board listing local events.

I’ll have to look into that, and maybe actually go for a drink after work one night. It’s just been a lot of late nights getting everything settled and set up. I haven’t, no. But maybe I can get something set up myself. Try to form two teams to play each other weekly. Would you be in, bro?

There are always drunk idiots. Especially the 20 somethings home for the summer that just come back to party and freeload off their parents. You don’t get out much do you? Monte has it’s wildcards, you just have to know where to look for them. 

I’m sure all the college kids don’t help either. In my years at college, I never spent so much time hanging around in parking lots. Must be the small town thing too. Not yet, no. Just been settling in both at my new place and the new shop.

Partially, the view while I sit at the table isn’t so bad either. See? I’m super smart, you should listen to me. I used to love the smell of gas, but once I started working in the auto shops, it became the worst smell to me.

As much as I enjoy holing up in my house to binge anime on Netflix and play hours of Animal Crossing, I do also enjoy going out to get some Vitamin D. I ventured out to the park this morning and felt immediately creepy as there were only little kids on the playground and a bunch of moms giving me suspicious side eye. So clearly..I need a new place to soak in the suns rays that don’t get the cops called on me or me placed on a list. Any suggestions? @monteisland​

If you find out any good suggestions, let me know? I haven’t been here long and I’m wondering how the hell I’m supposed to entertain myself when I’m not at the shop. It hasn’t been going that well so far.

God I hate coffee. Everyday I leave the cafe and I reek of coffee beans. How do you people drink this stuff, it stinks! How about we axe coffee from the menu and all you coffee addicts just switch over to tea to make my life easier. How does that sound? @monteisland​

I actually don’t drink much coffee, I’m more of a tea guy but the smell of coffee? It smells like heaven, even if the taste is crap. Wouldn’t that just make you hate tea as much as coffee? Not sure you wanna risk that.

Think this black eye is bad? You should see the other guy. It’s the cost of being a bouncer I guess. There is always a risk that when an idiot gets too drunk and starts fuckin around, that they’ll take a swing when you try and shut that shit down. It’s not the first and probably won’t be the last. @monteisland​

Shit, things really get that crazy here? I’ve only been here about a month, but I would have thought the worst was maybe someone ending up in the drunk tank for a night for walking their dog off a leash or something.
