Bottled most of my barrel aged White Manhatten. It's not so white after spending just short of 7 weeks in the barrel. I'm gonna let the rest of it sit for a few more weeks. It's made with mostly W.R. Whiskey from @journeymandistillery , but there's a bit of Rye Dog from @twojames in there as well. I used Angostura orange bitters and Boissiere Extra Dry White Vermouth.
